The friendly staff that was once there that knew me by name and brought my packages out to me without having to stand in line are all gone. Now I'm having to stand in line, show my ID and sign on an electronic keypad to get my packages. I'm done. And anyone else that's "done" with dealing with the crowds and chaos at UPS stores, come here. Oh, and they also take FedEx drop-offs where the UPS Store didn't. A win-win for me all around!!!

It's also odd shaped and fragile. I brought it to this place. I was helped by the owner. I expected a bit of resistance since I wasn't actually using them for a shipping service, but there was no hesitation at all. The owner jumped right in, made a few suggestions on how to best protect it, and began wrapping. $12 later and the piece was throughly protected. Excellent customer service! I will definitely use them in the future for any shipping needs.
