I added dirt against the foundation, had gutters installed, but nothing helped. Water kept coming up from the floor. Had the laminate floor pulled looking for foundation cracks, but it was solid. Remembered reading that flashing around roof vents could leak. Found Rainwater Restoration and Waterproofing during a search, and called immediately. Brad came out that afternoon and determined the deteriorating chimney was directly over the leaks. He sealed all the chimney joints and resealed all 10 roof vents. Finally, an answer, and a solution to what was causing the leak. Thank you, Brad, for excellent work at a very reasonable price.

Pat and his crew did an incredible job replacing our deck - I wish I had some before pictures but we had a terrible rotting tile deck that is now a gorgeous Trex material. Pat is super easy to communicate with and he is honest and thorough, which is really priceless when it comes to trusting someone with your house. The crew that worked on our deck were professional and did an amazing clean up job afterwards. They also all abided by COVID safety protocols and always wore masks if they had to come inside the house. As we were sold a 'lifetime warranty', we attempted to contact our original general contractor and Tex Tar directly. Neither responded to multiple inquiries. Since then we've had the shower repaired by another contractor, which revealed some questionable craftsmanship and build choices. Buyer beware here. I am still fully willing to discuss this review with either Tomberlin Painting and Remodeling or Tex Tar, but y'all gotta call me back.
