I showed up just before opening time. The work area looked well-organized. Before even talking to someone, I was already impressed. I got a flat tire that was badly damaged and could not be repaired. Unfortunately, they had to order the tire, saying that it would come no later than 1:30 pm the next day. They called exactly when it arrived. When we arrived five minutes later, they had already put the new tire on the rim and had the tire on my car a few minutes later. This was especially good because I had to drive my friend to the airport right after that, so we were relieved that they handled everything so smoothly. Everyone was professional, courteous, and nice. This should be a six-star rating, really. This is a very well-run shop. Strongly recommended. And yes, we made it to the airport on time.

He quickly changed the tire to our donut and very nice. We called ahead to Joe's and they were so nice checking for our tire size in stock. Luckily the employee was able to plug the tire. He didn't stop there, he dunked it to make sure it wasn't leaking. Helped us put the donut back in truck after he filled it with air, and aired up all four tire. All this for $25. We highly recommend Joe's on Hobsonway in Blythe, CA.
