It was Sunday late afternoon, we were stuck in the middle of the desert with our two kids, and our Progressive roadside assistance was asking way too much. This place saved us! We got some metal imbedded in our tire just outside Prescott Az. After searching for tires near us (either the shops didn't have the right size, or were closed on Sundays) we found Jessie's tires. Saved my butt. Had a sidewall bubble in the middle of nowhere. Had to limp to Blythe after 5pm. They're open til 7pm. Unheard of!? Great staff. Great service. Surprisingly had my tire in stock in 2 options. One just over $100 and one high performance. I expected to get bent over a barrel having this happen in a small town on the side of the freeway .but was pleasantly surprised. Had me on the road in less than 20 minutes. As with many reviewers here, this shop was heaven sent on a Sunday. Traveling back to California from Arizona, we got a flat just past Blythe. Called AAA for service options and they recommended Jessie's shop 25min away. So we put on our spare, found them on Yelp and called to make sure they had the tire size we needed and with a sigh of relief, they did! Long story short, we arrived just in time to be next in line for service while waiting for an RV to get done. Just as 4 more customers arrived needing to get tire service after us! This place was hopping! Just needed a DJ, drinks and large tent to cover us from the blazing noon-time sun. We had a tire blow out on I10 near Blythe after hours. We couldn't drive to La Quinta on the spare so we had to over night before contacting the six or seven tire dealers in Blythe. Jessie's was the last we called. None of the others had the 19 inch tire we needed. Not only did Jessie's have the tire but Adrian was able to get the tire on the rim, balance it ano get it on the car in less than 15 minutes. Don't let Jessie's Tires small business size dissuade you. They stack up well against their larger competitors in Blythe. Jessie's was the first recommendation of the AAA tow service that assisted with changing the spare on I10. We should have called them first. But we eventually did and we are very happy we did. Horrible experience so sad that just because your a female they think your stupid and cant tell the diference from a used to a new tire and take advantage of people nessesaties (I got my car towed there to get a flat tire replaced and i called and spoke to adrian he told me that he didn't have any used tire at the moment but that he had a new so I was ok with that once I get there he goes ahead and put a used tire and charged me for a new one $83 i was so upset but had to suck it up because i had already towed my car there and had played $325 for the towing services) I'll let karma take care of them! read more
