When i went to go see the vehicle it was advertised as no issues. But there were issues, clearcoat failure, check engine light came on, and power window not working....to name a few. When i asked if he would address any of the issues for the asking price he said no. If he starts fixing things the price goes up. Even the radio didnt work because it was asking for a code, which he said was no problem to get the code. I asked for the service history and he showed me some records from the carfax showing it had some major services done, so i agreed to buy the vehicle despite these issues. I asked him to send me the carfax so i could have the service history. And when i was doing the paperwork i asked him to look up the radio code, and he showed me a youtube video about how easy it was and we would do it when the purchase was done. Of course i drove off and he never gave it to me, when i got home i looked it up myself and got the code only to find out all the speakers were blown out... Not even a week later the power steering was making noise and leaking like crazy, turns out it needed a new line that is 6+ hours of labor to install. At this point i was very frustrated, and called again to ask for the car fax that was never sent, again gave me some bs excuse that he no longer has an account with carfax and he cant provide that (after saying he would). What a joke. All this guy does is buy auction vehicles and flips them. Doesn't even do the bare minimum to ensure a car is road ready or safe. Stay away from this place.

Cons: 1) I get passed through multiple service people while I'm there, because the one I start with never seems to be around after they get me started 2) I have to keep checking in with them on the status of my car, they never proactively follow up. I was there for routine maintenance and it took 4 HOURS. And that was with me pestering them several times during the time. They told me 1.5 hours max. Same thing happened last time I went. Although they did eventually send me the video inspection. 3) My extended warranty/Maintenance + was expiring in a few weeks, so I asked if they could give me the cost of continuing it. I had to chase them down for that too. I had questions about something they said was included, that clearly wasn't on the service website. They basically said, trust us, it's included with zero follow up. I guess they like losing additional service business. I chose not to extend or renew. Pros: 1) They do have wifi and a nice sitting area with drinks, coffee and snacks 2) There is also TV to watch in the waiting area and clean bathrooms Honestly, if they weren't the closest dealer, I would find another one. Within days of the service, I experienced a complete failure of my digital cluster and other electronics. After weeks of diagnostic work, battery replacements, and back-and-forth between them and Bootmod3, I was left stuck in a frustrating finger-pointing loop. The owner Andrew insisted it was "impossible" for a bench unlock to affect other systems, dismissing the idea that improper removal and reinstalling could have damaged anything, despite clear evidence to the contrary. In the end, I had to purchase an entirely new digital cluster and hire an independent BMW programmer, who confirmed the original unit's screen was electrically fried and new one required reprogramming to my vehicle. Tuning Dynamics refused to accept any responsibility or offer a solution beyond deflecting blame. While they may be competent with mechanical work, I absolutely would not trust them with anything related to electronics or tuning, not even a "simple" DME unlock. Proceed with caution.
