Only to find the next day it wasn't there, I called customer service and was told it would be available tomorrow. Tomorrow came and it still wasn't there, the next CSR told me it had a 5 day hold. So this is definitely a training issue, and as always they are very friendly giving you info that is incorrect. Having worked for an internet company as a trainer this was the one area NFCU was head and shoulders above all the others, so much like them now.

Today I went to the bank to get a larger sum of money than the ATM allows. Went to walk in at 2:40 and the doors were locked. No explanation. As I am sitting outside on the phone with the customer service 2 employees walk out laughing and lock the doors behind them at 3pm. Bank of America customer service absolutely sucks. I have been a member here for almost 20 years. It's time to change.
