When I was broke down on the side of I-5 and I had no help from anyone in my keys were locked in my car, windshield wipers wouldn't work that's why I got out and then somehow my doors got locked. 20 minutes in pouring down rain trying to flag someone down, finally got someone with a phone to call the police they came and they called ODOT who helped me get my doors unlocked and more off the road and while I was trying to call for roadside assistance Lloyd R. Rice tow company with Robert pulled up and was able to help me so I didn't have to wait an extra hour for roadside assistance to get a tow truck to me. They were amazing! I had a fender bender in my Ford Transit van and it was unable to be driven. Darrell the tow operator showed up way before the scheduled time of arrival. He was very polite and extremely professional. He loaded my big van on the flatbed with such care as not to cause further damage. He unloaded it at our home with the same care. After spending 5 hours on the side of the road bouncing back and forth between different tow companies, These people, specifically Darrel drove like 40 minutes out to albany to pick me up at 11 pm, and took me to Corvallis. That was 2 weeks ago. Driving from Sisters over the pass to Corvallis today and my power steering busted on me, and Darrel was back to save me again. He was a little delayed and texted to let me know. He was knowledgeable and service-oriented, getting the electric car on the rig and towing it to the nearby dealer.
