The worst price gouging I have ever encountered in my life. My attempts to speak with Keith, the owner, resulted in him hanging up on me and refusing to accept additional calls. I have filed a complaint against his company with the DOJ Consumer Protection Division as well as WRAL to ask them to investigate. Given that the insured who hit my driver was underinsured, a large portion of any payments for the vehicle, tow, etc will be paid by me, as a small business owner. This guy should be ashamed of himself for trying to take advantage of a small business owner-and a female. No one should ever use this guy or his company again.

My truck and camper were involved in an accident.. the camper had full coverage.. the truck did…read morenot.. he billed the insurance company for the 3 hours it took to clear the scene (no problem with that) but then charged me the 3 hours "it took to load the truck". ($600.00). Charged overturned fee (camper on its side) truck on all four wheels -so just had to pull it onto the rollback.. charged extra fee for the extra manpower needed on scene (again charged insurance and charged me). Bill was $1800.00, he was rude when I brought his attention to fact he billed the insurance for most of this and I wasn't paying for anything more than standard accident fee (single vehicle and rollback).. he charged me $50/day for storage (12 days) because he wouldn't release my truck until insurance came and paid for camper.. very rude and tries to double bill!!
