A tow truck was called-and it happened to be this one. Imagine my surprise when my insurance told me that this guy is trying to charge...wait for it...$12,000 to tow my van. The worst price gouging I have ever encountered in my life. My attempts to speak with Keith, the owner, resulted in him hanging up on me and refusing to accept additional calls. I have filed a complaint against his company with the DOJ Consumer Protection Division as well as WRAL to ask them to investigate. Given that the insured who hit my driver was underinsured, a large portion of any payments for the vehicle, tow, etc will be paid by me, as a small business owner. This guy should be ashamed of himself for trying to take advantage of a small business owner-and a female. No one should ever use this guy or his company again.
