While out, I was called 20 minutes later at my designated appointment time 12:30 that the waxer was ready. I explained that I was in line to purchase my items and I'll be on my way. I went back to the store at 12:40. The receptionist then told me I was " late" for my appointment and the waxer now has several people in front of me and I couldn't be seen til 2:30pm. I asked to cancel my appointment. This experience was horrible and the customer service was awful. I can't understand why I was told I wouldn't be seen for an extra 40 minutes for my appointment time to remain unaffected. The receptionist did not seem unapologetic about the situation at all either. I hope I don't have to endure this behavior again.
