I have come to this spot twice. First off they're over priced. Also both visits, two different…read moreladies. My first visit the lashes lasted me four days, I went back, so this will be considered my second visit and payed for a whole new set. Which lasted me a week, during the second visit the lady had me waiting approximately 15min with the serum and another 10 min for the compress, she left me unattended for quite some time, and over did the amount of lash glue needed. This is now my 3rd visit to take them off and I'm back with the lady who did my lashes the first time, she was not able to successfully take off the lashes and as she tried to comb out the glue, she began ripping off my actual lash, due to the excessive amount of glue, she had instructed me to go home and apply oil and remove the rest off on my own. Which did not work, it took off most of my lashes and was bleeding. I definitely don't recommend doing your lashes here. My lashes were full and long. Now it looks like Cynthia from the rugrats

I went back to the store at 12:40. The receptionist then told me I was " late" for my appointment and the waxer now has several people in front of me and I couldn't be seen til 2:30pm. I asked to cancel my appointment. This experience was horrible and the customer service was awful. I can't understand why I was told I wouldn't be seen for an extra 40 minutes for my appointment time to remain unaffected. The receptionist did not seem unapologetic about the situation at all either. I hope I don't have to endure this behavior again.

The one thing is that the brow tint is darker on the brow that she started with - meaning that brow had dye on it for 2 min or so longer but they were wiped off at the same time so one ended up being darker because they were sitting for longer. I might skip the tint next time because it didn't last as long as I wanted. But would definitely go back for threading. She was nice and fast.
