A good portion with some fatty areas but not tough at all and seasoned lightly. My cut was rare and done exactly as I preferred. I worked my way around the fat and very much enjoyed the meal! It was just the perfect size. Not belly ache too much but I was hungry. Service was very good. Overall I'd say this is the restaurant to come to in the region. Come eat the beef.
