    Please update your hours to not say 24 hours since that is not accurate. Called and your message gave entirely different and set hours.

    Booked them for a trip to and from O'hare. They had a flat rate of $71 each way for the luxury…read moresedan I selected. Wound up being picked up by a full size SUV (which is quite a bit more expensive than a sedan) for no extra charge. The same guy also picked me up at O'hare after my trip. The SUV was very clean. The driver was very professional and on time. Very good experience. Highly recommend them.

    Bought the Groupon ($38) based on the 2 reviews here... and noted that the price is not a…read morebargain... its regular price... so maybe the actual 'deal' is that the ride is valid for up to 3 people...? MAYBE NOT. Reason being, I tried to schedule a pickup at O'Hare for... holy moly.. ** 3 ** people. As everyone is coming back from Europe, it is NOT unreasonable to confirm the vehicle sent would accomodate 3 passengers and their luggage (3 bags, 3 carry-ons)... OR is it? "JOHN" (apparently no I dont need to know his last name... claims he is the manager ... pretty sure he was lying) asks me if I know what a Lincoln Town Car looks like... and that I should be able to tell if the luggage will fit. MY RESPONSE: Yes, I looked it up... it looks like it should, but I dont own one, so I dont know the trunk capacity... this Groupon says its for 3 people to / from the airport... it doesn't say '3 people without luggage'... ********* COMMUNICATION LOG (some paraphrasing) ***************** ME: SO John - I am asking YOU if it can hold 3 suitcases and 3 carry-ons as well as 3 passengers comfortably... because a standard car will be a little tight for 3 people in the backseat. JOHN: I dont know what size your luggage is... so I can't guarantee it will fit, so you need a van or SUV... that is not the same price (aka Groupon invalid for this). ME: Well, it probably would be okay if you have the carry-ons in the front seat, if the additional room is necessary... JOHN: Our policy is NO LUGGAGE inside the vehicle. ME: Huh, so you can't have a purse or gym bag in your lap? Those are carry-ons. JOHN: Laptop case is okay... no luggage in vehicle. Now I am annoyed by what sounds like a big load of excrement... and decide that I will just get a refund. I want to note this person's name and the experience when I request it... and this is his response to my asking for his full name and position... JOHN: Is unnecessary... you dont need to know my last name... whats YOUR name (I give it) and your phone number (I give it and then ask for his again.) "You don't need my last name" CLICK. Yup He hangs up. P.S. When people answer with a generic "Car Service" instead of the actual business name... doesn't that seem either suspicious or unprofessional? My guess is because he is dodging a bunch of angry Groupon customers. P.P.S... Yelp... you really need to offer a NO STARS option here.
