Went up to pick up the rifle in May and they tried to charge me $22 for a paperwork fee. I told them their system was broke and needed correcting and she called me rude. I apologized and refused to pay them. Do not take any weapons to have them fixed or you may get screwed. They do not know what customer service is - worse gun shop ever!

After paying for 4 consecutive months up till March 2025, the owner once stated that I hadn't paid since Dec 2025. Looking back now, it obvious they had no idea what was going on with their memberships. Im glad I printed my receipts & have proof of payments. As of today 5-12-2025..... my debit card is pending a monthly charge from Hammer Down Range. This payment will be disputed & stopped...I may also pursue theft charges for their ignorance and disregard for us paying customers. If anything they owe all their members a refund, We dont owe Hammer Down anything.

Took 3 days to "check in" my online order after it arrived. Were extremely rude and short with me when I called and would only repeat "we will call you when its ready" over and over. You go into the store and there is barely anything on the shelves and no one there like it's abandoned or about to go out of business. Two grumpy employees sitting around and acting superior to anyone who makes the mistake of coming in. You try to be friendly and joke around with them to lighten to mood and they just miserably stare at you like you are an inconvenience for being there. I can confidently say I will never step foot back in this store or spend another dime there. What a shame, first range my dad ever took me to over 20 years ago.

From the woman by the ammo/rental counter to the 3-4 guys by the firearms (sorry I do not recall names but I mostly interacted with Hans). All the questions I asked were answered. All the questions I didn't know I had, were answered as well. They took the time to help my wife who had questions as well looking for a firearm of her own. Fast forward, I placed a few orders and within a week the firearms were ready for pickup. I went in, did the background check, and was out of there in under 20 minutes with the firearms in hand. I have not used their range yet or taken any of their classes (I will be doing both) but so far, I have nothing but good things to say about Target World.
