I was greeted and helped quickly. Not only the employees was nice, they also have 2 cute pup that very sweet also. The older/bigger one is Chewy, the younger/smaller one is Andrew. Chewy is very sweet and gentle, Andrew is a bit more aggressive for love/attention I had fun with them for a good 10 minutes while being help. I did look at the jewelry and they do have a lot of pretty pieces. I wasn't comfortable taking picture of the jewelry/store but I sure did take some vid the dog interaction.

They acknowledged that my initial authentication report did not meet my expectations and offered to have the watch returned to them at their expense for a more comprehensive evaluation. The second experience was completely different. They covered all shipping costs, took the time to perform a much more thorough inspection, and provided the detailed breakdown I had originally requested. The follow-up report addressed the authenticity of the individual components in far greater detail and gave me significantly more confidence in their findings. While I still believe the initial service fell short and required me to follow up for updates, I also believe it's important to recognize when a company stands behind its work and makes a genuine effort to correct a mistake. Stoll & Co. did exactly that. No company gets everything right the first time, but how they respond when something goes wrong says a lot about their integrity. In my case, they listened to my concerns, took responsibility, and ultimately delivered the level of service I had expected from the beginning. Girl who fixed it said battery was fine, could send the watch in for repair with 3 weeks turn around. Opted not to but at least refunded my battery repair. Drove 1/2 mile up the road to Swinford.
