The semi privates r 4 or less ppl so it gives the coaches opportunity to watch every person in the group. This was important to me bc i wanted my form to be watched so i can learn to do movements right and safely. I have learned so much from these. Also it's a very community there. Even though they don't have the machines of a much larger gym, they will work out anything you're looking for with creative exercises. It was exactly what I needed coming out of the pandemic. I only moved on because I wanted to make myself totally accountable and wanted a sauna. The only criticisms I would make are pretty unfair and somewhat inherent to the industry. Only states the 8 hour cancellation policy. I was unable to attend due to getting sick, but the staff seemed uninterested in helping and didn't provide clear explanations or solutions. This lack of communication and follow-through has left me frustrated and I won't be returning. Very poor service. Please don't sign up for a free class and then life happens . We lift heavy weights, slowly, for just 20 minutes. I don't event sweat, but I haven't changed my diet at all and I have built so much muscle! I personally know people who have solved bone disorders and ruptured spinal disc issues with just this workout, at this location. I was recommended by a friend and I have recommended several more friends. You will be skeptical until you try it!! They recently took down all their anatomy posters, which made it harder for me to visualize my muscle groups. The price is tough, but the old saying goes: you can have something good, fast, or cheap. Man I can't believe I have been a member since early September, and the experience I have had has…read morebeen great. The manager and personal trainers are very knowledgeable and into USPA powerlifting. A lot of times you can ask them questions and they give great answers on maybe how to adjust something you are having trouble with or give ideas on new things if you ask. I have used different facilities LA Fitness, 24 hour, Lifetime, and Equinox, and the environment here is just very good if you are trying to improve on your fitness goals. It isn't a huge facility, but in March/April they are going from like 3200 sq feet to 9000 sq feet, and getting a larger variety and quantity of equipment (more power racks and machines). They have more of what you need and less of the things you don't need. Sometimes at the other huge big name facilities they have a lot of equipment you don't need or use along with a crowd of people that aren't there to really work out. I actually signed up for personal training along the way, and have seen all my numbers go up pretty fast. I guess it could be beginner gains, but I have been using different gyms and doing programs off bodybuilding.com programs for years. I never really got my numbers up until working with the personal trainers here, and the knowledge they have is very good and different then what I found reading bodybuilding.com or other things on the internet. I think if you live in the general area of this facility you really shouldn't over look it. I also came in with some lower back pain and after going to a hospitals physical therapy center and working with them for 6 months 3 times a week I ended up with no significant improvement. Since working out with a trainer here I have removed the pain, and increased my strength significantly. I can't thank these guys enough.

I doubt that will happen as they are telling us, we have the part odered but we can't tell you when its coming in.......... yeah right. Thats new managements way of stalling on the fix, not wanting to spend the money just like they did in November when it broke. Most frustrating. The only reason I'm still a member is because its only 5 minutes from my house and my office but GD they sure make it tough to stay. This is Houston, 5th largest city in the nation and you cant get a part to fix a steam room, makes no sense. Think twice before joining.
