0/10 do not recommend. I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service. I was promised a refund for a free class by Priscilla which I didn't attend, but despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I never received the refund. Laniey states that I should've read when booking where it states that they charge 28$ for no call no show which it doesn't nor does it say it in the emails . Only states the 8 hour cancellation policy. I was unable to attend due to getting sick, but the staff seemed uninterested in helping and didn't provide clear explanations or solutions. This lack of communication and follow-through has left me frustrated and I won't be returning. Very poor service. Please don't sign up for a free class and then life happens . Great to see an OTF in this part of town! I know people were probably sick of having to drive to the next closest one in Pearland. The staff was very nice and helpful getting me set up. I also like how they have lockers instead of just cubbies. The hardest party is just remembering which locker is yours after an intense workout! Ya'll... I've been here for over a year and I am ADDICTED! I went in for my free class and immediately knew this is where I had to be. I initially signed up for 8 classes a month and quickly knew that I needed to be unlimited. Here I am months later, still unlimited and still loving it! The gym itself is always clean. The workout consist of treadmills, rowing and weights. You work on building muscle and endurance. I am stronger than I was before and my running has improved 100% (Thanks Coach Jason for pushing my treadmill buttons!) All the coaches are knowledgeable and helpful and they can help with any issues you may have. They have great energy and make working out enjoyable! I always feel that I get a great workout in and really burn those calories! As for classes- there are tons of options 7 days a week. I am an early bird and hit the 6 am daily. The app makes it easy to sign up for classes and the staff can help you register for classes in advance too. I hardly have any trouble getting in and the wait list tends to move quick too! While this workout may not be for everyone, come in and take your free class and TRY it. You won't know until you give it a shot! read more

VERY expensive for a small studio in the suburbs. It's $172.12 after tax for monthly unlimited. I tried this place out for a month after having a personal trainer. I was in very good shape and did not find Orangetheory challenging. Granted, most of you will. But for those coming from a place of good physical fitness this may be easy. (My background: I have a black belt in Kung Fu, years of ballet training, about a decade of Reformer pilates and 3 years of daily personal training. I'm 5'9", 112 lbs., BMI 17.) I was told to get in the orange zone for a minimum 12 minutes per class; I clocked in 34 minutes in my first class. I went harder, faster and heavier but it just wasn't ever more than an okay workout. I was never out of breath. I talked to some of the more fit customers at this location and many did something more than just Orangetheory (jog, lift heavier weights, etc.). Oh well. At this point I may just train myself :( read more

The management is so inflexible. I was 1 minute late from the class cutoff time and the front desk would not let me go in. I was late due to unexpected malfunctioning traffic light on my way there. The classes are great but the management would not do anything to help members who pay a ton of money every month. They don't value their members at all. All they did was schedule a call and during the call all they said was they couldn't do anything about it. There must be something they can do, but the management is not compassionate enough to help people. All their rules about Billings are not created to help the members. Very inflexible. Their terrible management system also finds a way to take more money out of you by having a 30 day cancellation policy, meaning you have to pay an additional month before they'll actually cancel. Way to squeeze every last dollar out of people. read more

Orangetheory is an incredible fitness facility! This is more studio style with a personal trainer without the cost of working out with a personal trainer. The membership options start at $60 per month with 4 workouts included (you're never going to get a personal trainer for $15/hour!). They use a science based system using a heart rate monitor that challenges you during the workout and they say once you reach a certain point you will burn calories for 36 hours after your workout. The coaches are all fantastic, and the front desk has always been very friendly and helpful. I recommend Orangetheory to anyone who needs the extra push for what they're already doing or for someone who does not know where to begin. read more

100% could not recommend OTF more. From my first FREE class it was nothing but a positive experience. (Besides me dying from lack of fitness on my first day) I had been wanting to be more active and I've joined many gyms and end up not going and paying for the membership AKA throwing money away. When at the gym I don't challenge myself and halfway do workouts. My first class was with Coach Sarah and until this day I choose her class first if there's a spot. She's a great coach, very encouraging and has really good playlists! Music sets the tone for me to push it it's a good song. The whole staff is welcoming and positive - always willing to help if needed. I signed up and received my heart monitor for free during a promotion. Your heart rate is tracked and you are given splat points when your heart rate is at a certain number. 12 splats = burn and after burn! Orangetheory is also one of the cleanest facilities I've ever been to. The members take pride in the studio as well and help keep it clean. If you've been debating on joining - please sign up for your first free class! -an Introduction is done so you're aware of what is happening during class. read more

Signed up for a trial class at 8:30am. Missed the turn my first time visiting and arrived at 8:05...they would not let me do my trial class because I was 5 minutes late for my orientation. I was not told how important the 30 minute arrival was. Needless to say, I will not be returning or give them my business...front desk was rude!!! read more

I love this place!!! I have lost so much weight! I can't wait to go every morning! I get to meet so many great people!!! The staff is soo nice!!!!!! I never ever have problems getting in to class I go every morning at 6 am and always get in! I per book and ahead of time but you can cancel 8 hours before your class! Orange Theory Fitness (OTF) has positively transformed both my body as well as the way I think about exercise. I have been going to Orange Theory Fitness in Webster 2 nights a week for about a year now. This program really works for me. 1 hour out of my day and I feel amazing knowing that I just had the best work out. I think the instructors are great people and motivate you through your workouts. I've been at this location for 6 months. I am now ending my membership, they recently did a push to bring in new members, and I am already having a hard time signing up for the time slots because they are full. If you don't work and can go anytime this is perfect for you. If you have a pretty strict schedule and can only work out maybe at certain time frame...it could be challenging. You have to book waaaay in advance. The cost was 159/month, and if you don't show they will charge you $12...kind of adds up (if you miss one or two). SO IF YOU GET BEHIND A CAR WRECK STUCK ON THE FREEWAY, THEY WILL STILL CHARGE YOU...really don't account for "real life" scenarios. I also feel after 6 months the workouts are getting kind of same ol same ol. Run on the tread mill-use the water rower-lift some weights. If you have no fitness experience and really don't know what to do at the gym this is great for you. I like that the gym is dark and sanitized and they play some good music to get your heart pumpin. read more

Great work out...w an awesome coaching staff; but, it's impossible to get a work out time. Their classes are always full and so are the waiting lists. The worst part is when people cancel last minute...the staff does not provide enough notice for anyone else on the waiting list to work out. They also need to add more available time slots (1 pm or 2 pm) to accommodate the number of members they now have. It was great when we started, but now it's too full and not worth the price. read more

I started taking classes at Orangetheory about a year ago and I really enjoy it. You get a great workout in 60 minutes using the treadmill, rower, and weights. The workouts are led by awesome coaches that are happy to push you along and guide you through the cardio and strength training movements. I burn between 500-600 calories on average and I high recommend giving OT a try! read more

I'm giving this location a one star review due to customer service. I relocated 4 hours away and they refuse to cancel my membership unless I make the 8 hour round trip just to sign a piece of paper and they say they cannot email, fax, or mail it. I was just charged another $149 for another month I cannot be there to work out and they know it. I have called multiple times and they refuse to do anything. I've never heard of anything like this and I'm hoping to find every place I can review them and possibly catch some attention for them to take action. It's sad because I was truly loyal to them and expect to return to the area in a few years. read more

Recently joined OTF and I'm loving it! I'm using OTF to supplement my own weight lifting workouts so I'm only going twice a week and while it is on the pricier side I think I'm getting a lot of benefits from the additional cardio. I just joined and am psyched! I am 63, having trouble with balance and extra pounds. There is no stigma about my age. (The franchise owner is also 63 and he rocks.) The trainers motivate, and there's no guilt for bumbling. I get advice from the coach without the $$ of a trainer. I'm not a self-starter and will dilly-dally in a gym. I love the energy and encouragement that the coaches bring to each class!! It's fun working out in a group environment but you're still challenging yourself personally! There is immediate feedback on individual effort, and exercises can be tailored to accommodate everyone's abilitiy! I love the concept of Orangetheory. I appreciated the complimentary class and friendly staff . It just wasn't for me. I prefer smaller group classes. One trainer has 2 groups working out at one time. ( 32-36 ) I have been to large classes in the past but there were at least 2 trainers and they could always help with one on one for a few minutes if needed. This is not set up for any one on one and I don't think 1 trainer with a large group can watch everyone's form. It was fast paced and upbeat but I decided not to join. read more
