No show. No email, no phone call back. Very disappointing! Called Living Social and was refunded my money.

Called and emailed to confirm on 6/22/11 (got email response confirming), yet on 6/23 no show with NO CALL, NO EMAIL. Cannot reach them by phone or email to find out if they are coming. They are an hour 15 late and I'm still waiting after arranging my day to be available for them on their schedule. I give up. Very, very unprofessional. read more

I wish I could give this company no stars. Booked them a month in advance for today since I wanted a good cleaning before a party I was throwing tonight. When they didn't show 20 minutes after the appointment time, I called the company who said they would be there in about 10 minutes. Two hours later, still didn't show, and now they won't answer calls, emails, or voicemails. I bought a LivingSocial so my money is already gone. Don't waste yours! read more

I also bought a voucher through living social, and I must confess that it has been the best cleaning service I have see as of yet!!! I had two very horrible previous experience, but LNS came home and to my sincere suprise, they did a fabulous job. They cleaned underneath furniture, did a wonderful job in the kitchen and bathroom and the floors were perfect! They are very quick responding. I had to cancel due to an emergency, yet she accomdatted to my schedule easily! Overall I am very satisfied and will use them again. THANK YOU LNS!!! read more

vERY Disappointing. I had an appointment for this morning . They never showed up. Their phones (I had 3 different numbers) all go to voice mail. At some point a woman picked up, said she would check and call me back. She never did, and never picked up the phone when I called that number again. I did my own cleaning, but first wasted 3 hours waiting and trying to contact them. I'm giving one star because the software does not allow me to give none. read more

Amen to all 1 star and below... if you can't show up for an appointment then you are misrepresenting your service from the get go - RUN!!! Lucky for those who actually had someone show up and didn't waste their precious time waiting or chasing them up! I bought a voucher through DealFind. Discount groups like that also have a role to play in not vetting the quality of these businesses they advertise. read more

I must admit I purchased a deal for this company via Living Social. I scheduled an appt a month out at 9am, however the crew didn't show up until an hour later. But to my surprise when they got to my home, the 4 of them did a fantastic job! The service was suppose to be for 3 hours however they completed everything in 2hrs. I would recommed this company. Very poor service and little communication. Scheduled an appointment via email 3 weeks out. I agree with the person that stated they only communicate via email. Honestly I am uncomfortable with 1 Star. I was called the day of the service on Thursday, 7/07/11, nearly 3 hours later than my scheduled time. A woman told me that I needed to reschedule with them. I found this to be extremely poor. I emailed them on Sunday 7/10/11 and scheduled an appt for today, 7/12/11 at 9am. At 9:30 I called the number that contacted me Thursday to ask me to reschedule. The woman picked up, told me I had the wrong number. When I asked her if she was with LNS Cleaning she abruptly told me to hold on. She came back 3 mins later and cut the call. I called her back and she put me to voicemail. I called the main line afterward and have yet to hear back. It is now 9:55am. I will be contacting Living Social; hopefully they will do something more than just provide a refund. read more

I purchased this deal from LivingSocial. Had no problem reaching and scheduling them for a job at my personal residence. The day of the scheduled cleaning, I couldnt get a hold of them. Called multiple times and no one would pick up and I havent received a returned phone call yet and its already been three days. My wife ended up cleaning our house herself and she was not a happy camper considering she's pregnant and that was the entire reason we wanted to take advantage of their services. NO CALL, NO SHOW, DOWNRIGHT NO GOOD! Do not use these people. read more

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. I was moving out of my apartment and needed it cleaned before handing the keys back to the owner. During the cleaning they cracked the glass stove top. I didn't notice at first because they hid the damage underneath some items they pulled out of one of the kitchen cupboards. When I called to ask about this, the owner said she would visit within half an hour to inspect the damage. She never showed up and is now ignoring my phone calls. The current quote to replace the glass is about $800, which is going to come out of my security deposit. Also, they did a pretty average job at cleaning the place. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. read more

I also had a bad experience with LNS Cleaning. I purchased the coupon via LivingSocial, called three weeks in advance to try to get an appointment, and they told me they were scheduling a month out. After a few days of emailing back and forth (because they don't make phone calls whatsoever), we finally decided on a day/time for the cleaning. The night before my appointment, I emailed to confirm that they were coming and received a confirmation email back. Then, 10 minutes later, I received a voicemail asking if they could either come at 9 a.m., as opposed to 1 p.m., otherwise they would need to reschedule. Luckily, this wasn't a problem, but then the next morning at 9 a.m., I received another phone call asking to reschedule. I explained that the house needed to be cleaned that day, as it was the end of my lease and I was turning over my keys the next day. They said that they would clean, but when they did, they didn't do ANYTHING. They didn't clean the fridge, microwave, blinds, windows, baseboards, oven, etc. The house was completely EMPTY, so cleaning really shouldn't have been that difficult. I am now stuck cleaning the house. Had I known that they weren't going to clean anything, I wouldn't have made the appointment. Will never use this company again. They are unprofessional, unreliable, and not worth the hassle! I also called LivingSocial and received a refund. read more

Terrible service. Took a month to schedule a cleaning, then my mother, daughter, and husband couldn't even tell that the cleaning person had come. Even the floors and counters were untouched . We have contacted the owner but have yet to get the situation resolved. read more

I too bought a voucher from living social and LNS never got back to me when I tried to schedule, now 4 days later they're website is down and it says the domain name is available... I called and living social issued a refund but I hope they just refund everyone else who bought it and haven't redeemed it yet because they're obviously not even in business anymore and why cause everyone the hassle of finding out themselves? Like the other reviewers here, I bought a coupon for their service through Living Social. I really wanted/needed to use their service - really I did. However, after several phone calls & emails to schedule an appointment, I gave up. Some of the emails would have a response but would lack the necessary info to make it an effective communication (i.e. time, dates, etc). It seems to me that the owner (who is also responsible for scheduling) is not educated enough to run a business. read more
