On the 3rd week of waiting, I called them again, and I told them that if they are busy, to just let me know so I can request a different facility to have the referal sent over by my kid's primary. Inwas put on hold for 15 minutes and had to hang up and never heard from them back. I can't imagine how they treat those who don't have that nice insurance. I don't know if they have any idea how important this matter is for the parents and children with speech delay. Horrible customer service

Michelle gets my daughter to eat and try food she refuses to try at home, Michelle has my daughter laughing and making jokes. I've never seen my 3 year old interact like that with her former therapists. Michelle is a mother herself. She has a lot of patience, experience and knowledge you would want as your child's feeding/speech therapist. So far, we have progress. My drive to TickTalk Theraphy once a week are worth it.
