This place is a pit. Most machines had out of order signs on them. Garbage piled up in the corner. No one on duty and no way to contact someone for assistance. Machine ate $4.25 and got jammed. No way to get money back out of machine. No form to fill out for refund. Used to be a good place. Not sure if ownership changed, but I'll look elsewhere next time. read more

So I don't like to totally criticize an establishment but the only thing I like is during the week it's cleaner because there's a woman there cleaning up the joint. On the weekends people trash the place! There is no employee on hand to clean. Which is why every weekend the coin machine is empty! Would be nice if the owner would realize this issue. read more

Convenient location and appropriate machines for large size loads such as a king comforter. However, this trip a little disappointed with several machines "out of order", including the 80# dryer and there's only 1! There's a 60# dryer which seemed to work just as well but the staff told me on previous visits to only use the 80#. There were also several other machines "out of order" and even the vending machine was "out of order". We rarely come here, but recently our water needed fixing so we stopped over and was appalled by what we saw. This place is going down hill and nothing works. The attendant is very rude and acts like she's to busy to help or acknowledge people. Will definitely be going to another place. read more

I came here based on the other reviews. I know, laundromats are not pretty. However! The machines are old. 39 minutes for a washing machine?? Place was dirty. Which is a problem as all laundry always falls on the floor at a laundromat. This laundromat is small. Majority of machines are out of service. They are small as well. Easy to find, especially if coming from the Mayfair area but not anywhere close to 5 stars. read more

I came in to do laundry, went to the coin machine, and was approached by a lady. She says, "Sir, are you doing laundry?" As if I would come here for any other reason. I replied "Not yet, it is in my car, I have to go get it." She then says "we are low on quarters." Seems like something you would have as a laundry mat. Followed by "you need to bring in your laundry first" so she could see it. WHAT?! I simply said "well, I'm not now!" So rude. I've been coming here for years as they have large load washers and dryer that allows me too knock out the linen for my business fairly quickly. It's typically fairly clean and have plenty machines to choose from. Each time I've come the attendant "Janice" has always appeared annoyed and unapproachable. I've tried small talk, friendly greetings and when service is needed for machine malfunctions or change she doesn't immediately respond. When she does it's always short very rarely does she even look at me. I assumed this is just her personality. Tonight I was there for a couple hours and the owner was present as well. Neither of them wore mask and very few words were shared. Again assuming this was their customer service style. Just as I was wrapping up a couple arrived and they were immediately greeted with a warm welcome, lots of small talk and even instruction/tips on how to best operate the machines. I know understand it was just me not their customer service style at all. Guess it's time for change. read more

Nice, clean, quiet little corner wash and dry located in Brookfield. They also provide dry cleaning. I got three months worth of laundry done in little under two hours here thanks to the industrial size washers and dryers. They also provide soap and a coin exchange. Staff was one little bandana-wearing cleaning lady who was busy doing her own thing but was available for questions if needed. Good spot! I'll be taking my laundry here in the future. I recently visited Loads of Fun, and -- while I don't necessarily find it "fun" to do laundry, I did have a pleasant experience here. It's a clean laundromat with lots of machines. There are a variety of sizes and models of washers and dryers so you can choose what's right for you. Washes were around $2-2.25, and drying cost about $0.25/7 minutes. Because the dryers are so large, I was able to fit two loads of wash into one dryer and be out the door having paid only about $6. There are vending machines on site for snacks and detergent needs. The change machine was working fine (which seems minimal, but in a laundromat is crucial). There was no staff member on site at the time, but they do seem to staff during the day as there is a drop-off service offered. Lots of parking is available. If you're looking for a way to pass the time, it's located in a strip with a Kohls, Hallmark, Piggly Wiggly, a dollar store, Jet's Pizza, and some other businesses. They also offer WiFi, although I was having trouble getting a good signal from it at the time. Bring a book, watch TV, or make friends with other laundry-doers. Doors lock at 10 pm. read more
