Easy to book - Reasonable price - Good communication ... From the moment I reached out to them online, their responsiveness was impressive. They promptly replied and provided me w/ a convenient link to calculate the cost of the pickup. Because it was more of a property cleanout; furniture, exercise equipment, washer, etc from the basement, along w/ beds from the 1st and 2nd floors and a fridge from the garage. I just sent pictures which made the quote process transparent and straightforward. I signed up, paid, and the workers arrived on the requested day ... I was surprised that they weren't using a company truck etc - but the Toyota Rav4 w/ trailer seemed to work out OK. The two ladies (mother and daughter) and a young man were so helpful, professional, thoughtful, and super great at their job! I was very impressed and pleased ... I really appreciate the ability of the crew to take everything out to the curb first, then load the trailer. That way, we didn't have to wait around for them to come back and retrieve the second load. They did a great job! Very careful moving out everything! I appreciate their attention to detail. Luz and the two "junk haulers" turned out to be the most considerate, cheerful, reliable, courteous and professional movers I've had in awhile ... Great experience. I would give them a zero if that was available. Do not use this Company. They are the most unprofessional company I have ever worked with. I scheduled a pickup for a couch , loveseat and a king mattress. We are on the second floor of a condo. This was all communicated in advance. One person showed up in a small van to move this from the second floor. My 75 year old husband had to help them move the furniture. He has had back surgery and has had severe back pain. I communicated this to the Company and their response was " We will give a 10% discount for your inconvenience". This was not an inconvenience but it was putting an elderly man at risk. He is now in need of medical attention. Shame on you and your Company. You are an absolute disgrace and corrupt corporation. Do not use them!!!!! read more

I needed to breakdown my storage unit that we created after moving my mom into assisted living. That was SEVEN YEARS AGO to this day that I'm finally starting to chip away at this storage space. She passed away five years ago! There had been a dresser and desk I needed removed to start the process of considering the more sentimental items, but nothing could start without moving them first. So last Thursday I started to comb the internet looking for a hauler I could trust, easily schedule and was also affordable. LoadUp was amazing. They contacted me on the Thursday night at 8p that I was doing this work. I didn't think any company would be so available for such conversation, but they were. And it was real. They were conscientious and informed of what their service is all about - price, convenience and reliability. Saturday rolled around, I was contacted just as they said - early with lead time so I could drive to the space without having to wait for hours for them to show up in the order window - with two fantastic spirits that helped me get those pieces out of my unit, quickly and safely. It was done in 20 MINUTES. Seven years of stalling, completely dealt with in 20 minutes. Now I'm able to get to work on the rest of the unit and finally get that storage space reduced or gone.
