Got a call at around 11:30 that they would be there in 20 minutes. They arrived and quickly took the loveseat. No issues at all. What a great company! I needed an old mattress removed, and got a quick, fair price from LoadUp, which came on time the very next day! The customer support person I spoke with, Donna, was so nice and helpful. And the driver, Ovidio Rivero, came exactly on time and wrangled our queen mattress out to his truck all by himself! He also helped me install my new memory foam mattress, which I bought online and came rolled up in a box. The men arrived on time, were very nice and helpful, and did a good job removing our curbside stuff. I was very reassured by their work. So, the actual team doing the work get FIVE STARS and I would welcome them back for future pickup service. However, the company organizing the pickup had promised someone would come a day earlier but then notified us that they needed to postpone the pickup for a day. This was very stressful because we were decluttering a VRBO home and needed to leave the morning after the new date. If the work wasn't done before we needed to leave, that would have left us in a precarious position. The company, to their credit, gave us a 10% refund for their mistake. read more

I did not have a good experience. The first time, no one showed up. I took great effort to be there and block out the four hour window. I didn't get any notification that the diver canceled. I called and rescheduled. I was specific about the available window I had and the time I needed to leave. They ensured over the phone that time would work. they were almost an hour late. In addition, the company continued to text me, telling me the order had been completed, and asking me what I thought of it. This company does not respect my time, communicate effectively, or keep their word. they seem to have serious problems with organisation. I hope they are able to fix them, but in the meantime, do not recommend. read more

After a whole home declutter I was overwhelmed with trash and donations. I found LoadUp on Google on Sunday afternoon, by that evening I had a pick up scheduled for the following day. I received constant communication who was coming with arrival times. My driver arrived within the window, picked up all of the trash and donations and even used a leaf blower to clean out my garage. People, save your money!!! To be honest, I feel taken advantage of. This service prides itself on finding ways to donate to needy communities and/or recycle materials - something its foregrounds in its advertising. This is what I believed. I paid the high price LoadUp charges for. As it turned out, the drivers who did the pick up (LoadUp clearly works with thirds or even fourth parties) told me straight out that they had no intention to find a place to donate it since they "had not donated mattresses since Covid." Clearly this organization engages in false advertising. Moreover, when I filed my complaints with their customer service, I was told that I would be refunded some of the money I had paid ($110 to pick up a mattress). Yet, I didn't received an email telling me that I had not read the companies policies clearly enough, and it would not refund me any money. Needless to say, had I known that the mattress, which was still in great condition, would've ended up in a landfill, regardless, I would have hired a much cheaper and local company. read more

If your time is dependent on the scheduled pick up - find another service. I was scheduled in the 12 - 4 pick up slot and rec'd a call after 3p that they were having problems and the pick up would be later in the evening or I could reschedule. I didn't have the time to wait so I rescheduled for the nest day 12 - 4 time slot. After spending another day waiting I rec'd a msg they were running late and had one more stop before getting to my location and p/u would probably be closer to 5p. Three people showed up to install our bed fame and Helix mattress. This was two days after they blew off the first installation without calling and letting us know they were coming. LoudUp said they would take care of it, but they sent the same installer For the new appointment. They showed up in an unmarked moving truck. There were two men in dirty clothes ​​and a woman who was the wife or girlfriend of one of them. They spent about twenty minutes talking about what they were going to do, and then asked us if we had any tools they could use because they didn't have any. They tried to haul away the headboard and footer for the bed. All in all they spent about two hours here. This was not the installation experience I was expecting for a $4000 mattress.
