Phil Smith is a smooth talking con man! I signed up with the LBN program last April by purchasing 3000 business loan "leads" for $1200 and the "done for you" platform which consisted of 22 training modules. Also with the promise the $1200 would be refunded after two sales. The 22 modules were basically useless and there were many processes not spoken of to effectively email the "leads"! Only 546 of the leads were verifiable and could be used. I even spent another thousand dollars to hire an expert from Upworks. Also, the lenders portals were often non functional and the website/CRM were a joke! Whenever we asked PS a question, he said contact support which didn't respond with the correct info!! Typical bait and switch. They promised a IPad with my sign up, but never I received it 9 months later. After you sign up, then they say you receive your ipad only after your first sale. I then signed up for "Revenue Guaranteed " plan, which included they train you while they procure 2 sales for you. That cost $3995.00. I never received the training, I never received any sales. It was also to include a master class training course. When I tried to claim that free course, no one returned my call. This is just an out right ripp-off company. He offers a zoom call where he answers questions, but he swears on the call and offers no help. He comes across like a thug and very unprofessional. I'm out $6500.00. Put a minus in front of that 1 star! Made the big mistake of pressing the first buy button. Then was put into the black hole of upsales even when I would try and login into their site. Within 10 minutes of spending the 97.00 I emailed to their only contact (email) for a refund. that was 8 days ago and still no reply from them. I tried again today. Still getting upsales from them, amazing! My next move is to turn it into my card company and file complaints with the FTC, Attorney General and Department of Finance. read more

I have been conned by this group, through marketing to scam investment platforms and loan broker fake training programs, which is copied and you tube videos which should cost pennies , they sell you a program for up to $3000 and then cancel on you after 3 months, seriously. stay away. investigations are pending , they scammed out with novatech reps and prime deluxe investments affiliates. read more
