I went yesterday to get my nails done and darling did a terrible job!! I asked for square round and she left them all pointed and sharp. The French that she did is all uneven and chipping all ready. would not recommend this place to anybody. Instead of engaging with the customers they talked really loud amongst themselves. worst nail salon I have ever been to!!!! Wont be going back! when I went back in to tell them I would be coming back to get them fixed the owner or manager didn't seen to care that much. If I could rate this place 0 stars I would extremely filthy I took my friend out to get her hands and feet done with me and I asked for square nails and they gave me this crazy wide duck looking nails and they cut me a bunch of times on my hands, I had to grab the file myself and file it the shape I wanted and when I go to sit to get my toes done the lady takes a huge chunk of my skin off and at that point I had enough and they still made me pay for services I left extremely annoyed and frustrated do not recommend! read more

Horrific experience I never thought it could've been this bad. The salon was cluttered and unsanitary. I waited 30 minutes with my feet in the water, and wasn't even helped until the water was cold. A male employee walked in front of me and hit his vape, blowing the smoke in my direction INSIDE the salon. The woman who did my nails spent two hours, and they looked horrible. She cut me very deeply on my toe. Very low quality work. Kim, ended up whispering in the ladies ear, who was doing my feet to allow her to help her. She finished my toes. Although my toes looks great after three people worked on them, the experience was terrible. I will not be returning. read more

First of all this place is extremely filthy, whatever you do don't go to the left for a pedicure as you will notice every single chair is very dirty. No air-conditioning, there's no outtake for the fumes which made me sick until the next day. I gave his two stars because of the girl that did the work was awesome, However there was an issue with my left toe that she wanted to do a design on and painted it over and over and I left with my left big toe with too much polish not dried so it is smeared. Other salons have dryers for your hands and feet, not this place. A bit too expensive for what I received. Positive point, I was not butchered like I have been in many places. So basically my two star review is not with my pedicure but the atmosphere. I am Latin but after 2 hours of reggaeton, I was done! You go to these places for a relaxing experience and pampering, I don't want to have to listen to nonstop loud music! It's very obvious that the nail techs are more interested in their preferences than that of the clients. They need to spend a good weekend scrubbing that place, also the chairs to the left (cannot remark on the right side) don't have massage, very old and the seats are very worn and uncomfortable, I felt like I was sitting on plywood. I was shocked to find the next day that my card had been double charged, I had to go back and address it, the owner told me that it was my banks fault! However after me bringing it to their attention the charge was not there the next day. I paid $65, tip included, for a middle of the road pedicure with a French tip. Excessive, if I pay that kind of money elsewhere, I get a nice massage and hot towels and or stones. read more

I have had every service they offer multiple times and it is always amazing. The prices are the best in town and the service cannot be beat. I left a nail salon after 13 years to become their loyal customer because they are so amazing. From day one I have been treated like family, my friends and family go here too and they love it. Great Lil nail salon with great Lil prices.....can't stand $30.00 pedicure cost in most hair salons n malls. It's nothing to look at .. .no curbside appeal. But the ladies are ALL very nice and know all their customers on a first name basis. NOBODY makes u feel like they are talking crap about you in Vietnamese or Spanish...thank god, cuz I'm sick of feeling like that in all the other nail salons around town. I have acrylic/gel nails and NEVER once have I had a fungus or lifting or breaking! I use my nails as a tool box all the time. So to me that says A LOT about these ladies and their skill sets! Just moved to the area and decided to give them a try. Took an hour to get to me but I am very patient and understand that it is busy but I was hoping after the long wait I'd get nails I had asked for! The guy who did my nails was extremely nice and funny!! But unfortunately I ended up not liking one hand after leaving. The left hand was shaped how I like and painted decent (they use cheap gel so it wasn't picture perfect, but decent) and the right hand wasn't the same length as the left as it should, or pointed the same, they're all round instead and the gel is very clumpy and doesn't look good compared to how I've gotten my nails done over the past 3 years. I paid $40 for this and tipped $5. I don't believe this was worth $40 & if I knew it was going to come out like this, I would've drove the extra 30 minutes to Brandon to get my nails done to my likings instead of this which should've been really $30. The owner offered 2 people who came in AFTER me free designs on their first set for new customers and $2 off, etc, and it was also MY first time and I didn't get offered anything but a bottle of water. It wasn't fair. I plan to come back and get these fixed the next day they're open, depending on how my 2nd visit goes, maybe I'll come back again for a 3rd. read more

Was truly taking advantage of at this salon today. I went in there letting the technicians know that I wanted their $35 Mani/pedi that was advertised on their banner. I had to spend $75 on a basic French tip Mani /pedi with gel. Got up-charged on some special type of pedicure. The techs did not do a great job at explaining the differences in prices. I would advise anyone who visits this salon or any salon in the Tampa area to get your price before they begin, because these people are money hungry. read more

Alright I have given this place two chances I'm never going back . So first time I went I let it go but one of the nail ladies Hispanic very very very rude . I didn't like the color so I asked for another one. I was told no that she can another client to do so can't change it or I would have to wait till she finished so then said okay can anyone change it there was multiple people working sitting around doing nothing they all told me no they won't change the color unless I pay them. What do you mean I have to pay you 15 to change the color. Like I just walked in And still pay the other lady to wtf? Btw the lady asked me if I liked the nails I told her no meanwhile she's the one who told me the color would come out better than the one I originally picked it was all some bs . What ever let's move on this time I go there is a whole new crew all rude don't even say hello they spend the whole time talking on what's all with their families and being loud very unprofessional the two ladies that helped me this time where very sweet but they job they did was not good . I left and my nails looked worst then when I walked in the paint job on my feet look like a teen did them and let's not even speak about this dip job on my nails very botched she was to busy on the phone and trying to talk . My nails are uneven and the clear coat is missing many spots and I can still see my gel job from before I went to get my nails she didn't even take that off and I had to come home and file and shape my nails just TRASH ! Was charged $28 for a half ass job. I made an appointment for 2:30pm. Soaked my nails (gel polish) for 40 mins. Still had to drill off polish. Which I was cut 4 different times by her skilled hands. I don't know if my nail technician was new but didn't talk at all and seemed very timid with my nails. Her "manicure" was just to soak my nails again then massage my hands/arms. No filing or shaping of any sort. Not even 24 hours later my thumb nail broke along with 3 other nails. They were closed on new years so I couldn't get a fix plus I'm good on them even touching my nails again. I took it upon myself to give my nails a good file, which seemed to do the trick. I finally was leaving at 4pm. Are you kidding me?! I was there for 1 1/2 hours for a manicure and gel polish, with making an appointment. Never again. Horrible in every way. read more

This was my first time to this nail salon. I came to get a gel manicure and a regular pedicure along with two of my friends. The price was around the same as most other places but I was shocked when they said they charge extra for men which is just a bit sexist. Also, they painted my toe nails well but when it came to the gel manicure, there were many streaks and uneven filing of my nails.
