The food was delicious, and thanks to her phenomenal hospitality, we ended up having a wonderful meal. I hope the restaurant addresses its accessibility issues so that every guest feels welcomed from the moment they arrive. Great service can make a huge impact, and our waitress certainly proved that.

However, this year my wife and I went for an evening meal on either July 6 or 7 (forget which one) and had the opposite experience. The waitress serving us had some difficulty. We ordered a bottle of wine and an appetizer to start. The appetizer came out from the kitchen 20 minutes later, and I asked the runner who brought it out if she could check on where our wine was. The waitress came back a few minutes later with one glass of wine (even though we had ordered a bottle). I reminded her that we had ordered a bottle, and 10 minutes later we finally got our bottle of wine. It was a chilled white wine, and she did not bring an ice bucket to keep the wine chilled. In the meantime, my dinner salad and my appetizer arrived all at once. I mentioned I would prefer to have my salad first, then my entree later and the runner didn't understand what I said and simply walked away. My wife's meal arrived 10 minutes later. The two tables next to us were having similar issues with their orders. There didn't seem to be a manager anywhere in sight, and we hope this was simply some sort of a temporary staffing issue the night/week we were there.
