We were surprised to find this cool little restaurant just a 10 minute walk from our condo. We ate our lunch outside, as it was a beautiful afternoon. We had two very nice and professional staff members take care of us. We split a very good French Onion Soup and a Rueben Sandwich and fries. Everything was delicious. We arrived in town, from Aspen airport, and we were ready to eat. My husband had the cheese grits plate, which comes with eggs and toast. I had the Daly classic. The service was good. We ate on the patio, which was very nice. The wait staff was attentive and friendly. read more

this place had the weirdest vibe. i love a good breakfast place and was excited to try this place. when me and my friend got there it was pretty busy which we took as a good sign but it went downhill pretty fast. first there's like seven kids running around taking orders which is fine but i said i needed another minute with the menu and the kid didn't come back for thirty minutes. when someone did finally come back i think it was the dad??? and idk he just acted like taking our order was the last thing he wanted to do it was so weird. while we were there everyone who got seated after us had to get up and ask for menus or drinks or silverware because no one was helping them and by this time the place had died down so it wasn't like they were rushing around anymore. and to make it worse the food wasn't even that good i got the banana chocolate chip french toast and it was flavorless and just bland. we ended up being here for like two hours because of the wait time and no communication with the staff it was so strange read more

Walked in and got seated right away but the man went right back to his buddies to drink coffee. When he finally came back over I shared with him I am heading to the airport... I asked him how long it typically takes to get food. His response was to say he has not idea and he grabbed back the menus and told us to leave. We did. Decided to go here based on the Dumb & Dumber quote on their website menu. Turns out this is a good way to make restaurant decisions. It's a five minutes or so walk from the edge of "The Truman Show" (aka Snowmass Village) but completely worth it for a very solid beer and burger. I'm told the hummus plate was also good. read more

I'm not normally one to post a review about places I've eaten, good or bad. But I feel it needs to be known that this place is not a good place to eat. They steal money from their customers! The server was unorganized, distracted and all over the place. Service was very slow for everyone in the restaurant. One table had to come ask for a menu from us. The food was nothing special. The prices on the menu were incorrect and substantially higher. We waited for quite awhile for our check only to be given another customers card that had been charged for our meal, we let the server know about his mistake. We got the check situation resolved and left. After reviewing our credit card statement we found that the server took it upon himself to change the gratuity we left him from $5 to $16.70. read more

I was pleasantly surprised by this little diner. I guess there just aren't many reviews but we came here at a recommendation of a local and wow was it good. My fiancée is vegetarian and ordered the quinoa salad... she loved it to both of our surprises. Who would have thought a diner would make a salad that even a picky eater would love.
