She was warm, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind from the moment she greeted us. Her outstanding service made all the difference. The food was delicious, and thanks to her phenomenal hospitality, we ended up having a wonderful meal. I hope the restaurant addresses its accessibility issues so that every guest feels welcomed from the moment they arrive. Great service can make a huge impact, and our waitress certainly proved that.

However, this year my wife and I went for an evening meal on either July 6 or 7 (forget which one) and had the opposite experience. The waitress serving us had some difficulty. We ordered a bottle of wine and an appetizer to start. The appetizer came out from the kitchen 20 minutes later, and I asked the runner who brought it out if she could check on where our wine was. The waitress came back a few minutes later with one glass of wine (even though we had ordered a bottle). I reminded her that we had ordered a bottle, and 10 minutes later we finally got our bottle of wine. It was a chilled white wine, and she did not bring an ice bucket to keep the wine chilled. In the meantime, my dinner salad and my appetizer arrived all at once. I mentioned I would prefer to have my salad first, then my entree later and the runner didn't understand what I said and simply walked away. My wife's meal arrived 10 minutes later. The two tables next to us were having similar issues with their orders. There didn't seem to be a manager anywhere in sight, and we hope this was simply some sort of a temporary staffing issue the night/week we were there.
