This store should be audited for stealing from customers.
I used to shop at this store, innocently thinking, like many others do, that when the cashier scans my items, they show the price on the stickers on the items in the aisles. I was alerted to the fact that this isn't so when one day I noticed my bill seemed a lot more than it should be for 2 or 3 items.
After this initial awakening, I started checking my receipt religiously and noticed that every time I shopped at this store, I was over-charged. It varied anywhere from $11 to less than $1. Every time, I had to go through a process of reclaiming what was surreptitiously and falsely claimed for loblaws. The workers are apathetic, and the management is extremely rude, bordering on hostile, angry that they keep having to get called in to go through the process refunding someone, or perhaps angry that someone is disturbing a very successful con.
Imagine if loblaws surreptitiously over-charges just 10 cents from every customer, each time they shop, how much free money they are making...
This is the only store I've had this experience with.
