They were recommended by my swim spa dealer, Turbo Spas in Dublin. The crew was easy to work with, professional and followed my instructions to the letter. I just want to give some feedback from what I have learned since because this will help others avoid the same mistake I made. After waiting 28 days for the concrete to cure I set my 12' swim spa and 8' hot tub on the pad. 6 months later my swim spa cracked on the bottom. I am not sure about this but I believe the spa cracked because of the control lines running underneath the spa because that is where the spa shell cracked. Lessons learned is never add control lines where a swim spa will be set. This was no fault of Swanson's, It was my fault for recommending control line locations. All is well now because my swim spa was repaired and I have the spa floating on 3" of crushed rock and a spa pad. The spa pad and rock sit on top of 6" steel reinforced concrete.

We originally called Jeff to talk about fixing our drainage issues - our yard would flood every time it rained, and pool near the patio and foundation. Jeff was so thorough and explained where all our pain points were and how we could most effectively fix them. We decided to install French drains and pumps on both sides of the house to get water moving the right direction. Once we started digging, Jeff and his team realized we could make the drainage work without pumps by grading the yard differently - saving us tons of money! Naturally, we got excited and decided to increase the scope of work to include more landscaping, a few footpaths, small seating area, a bunch of sod for a new lawn, irrigation and a ton of new plants and trees. Jeff and Courtney checked in with us about budget throughout the whole project, making sure to send us new estimates when I got excited about adding something else to the revamp. The team onsite were great - personable, on time, respectful, and they also seemed to really enjoy working with each other, which we felt was a good sign.
