Right off the bat this went poorly with this company. They told me $625 for a 40 yard dumpster rental which I agreed to. The bin showed up and I was charged $700. I called and asked why the increase and he claims it was because of the "tax". I was never told that beforehand regardless of whatever response may come. The bin looked nothing like the decent looking bins in the Yelp pictures. It was an absolutely bashed up white colored bin with holes in the side. As soon as that happened I already knew there was going to be overage fees for weight once they took the bin back since every step this far seemed sketchy and sneaky. So a day before my week was up I called to make sure they were coming to pick up their bin so I wouldn't get hit with extra day charges. They told me they couldn't pick it up for a couple of days meaning it would be here for 9 days. Seems like a setup to make you miss the 7 day rental window to hit you with extra day charges. He then claimed that he tells every customer you have to call a couple of days early to schedule pickup to avoid extra day fees. Again, just like not informing me of the $75 tax, he never told me I had to call early to avoid extra day charges. After they picked it up I was told it was somehow 5 tons over the 4 ton allowed weight for a total of 9 tons. The bin wasn't even close to full. The contractor and I were both shocked at the 5 ton overage claim but like I said it was expected with how every other step went with this place. Avoid this place. They will overcharge you for weight, charge you tax they don't tell you about, and then try to set you up to miss your pickup date to charge for extra days. TLDR: use someone else. They're crooks. RESPONSE: yeah so I have the credit card charge showing "ROLL OFF DUMPSTER RENTAL" and also pictures of the bin with your number spray painted on the side with a stencil. When I google that phone number it brings up "Vic" so you're obviously lying. Also if you don't have other colored dumpsters why did you have one delivered to me??? Honestly just more proof of how sketchy you are. Amazing. SECOND RESPONSE: Vic changed his response to me on here because he got caught lying. He messaged me privately saying they only have "red and grey" dumpsters which his original response also said. But apparently since I sent him the picture of his name on the other colored bin now all of a sudden he has a couple other colors. Wish I took a screenshot of his original response to prove he's lying. Either way, he's lied several times to me and overcharged, he's a crook. STAY AWAY! read more

Basics: Great pricing on the 10 Yard Lowboy for a 7 day period, timely/responsive and transparent messaging, drop-off / pick-up without issue In depth: Before renting the 10 yrd Lowboy, I was messaging Vic through Yelp's messaging system, and he was very forward and insightful with the services they provided and what is allowed to be thrown in to the dunpster. I was in a rush to clear out debris and other assorted construction related trash, and Vic was able to send out a lowboy very quickly and accommodated certain requests. Almost every communication was through Yelp, and Vic was very responsive when I had questions/setting up a pick-up date/time. While phone calls were also returned very quickly if they were missed. We managed to get rid of a good deal of garbage and wouldn't have been able to accomplish it without you guys! Only praise and good vibes from my experience, and I will be renting again in the future when I need another dunpster! read more

A number of other companies would not take dirt and the ones that did wanted to know if my dirt was "clean." Clean dirt, isn't that an oxymoron? I ordered a 10 yard low-boy and he gave me a window of delivery from 7am-12pm. I wasn't in a hurry so the window was not a problem for me. The driver was great. I was removing the sod in my yard and needing to dumb dirt and grass. I've been warned by a friend that dirt and grass typically get charged for over weight so I was quite cautious going in. Got a bunch of quotes and Vic was the most reasonable for an all-in quote. Vic told us that the weight was included but the load must be level to the edge. As we were working, we went over by a lot and thought we could pay for the overage. I didn't realize that Vic would not be able to pick it up if it wasn't level - I didn't ask beforehand so sharing more for information in case others run into the same problem. Thankfully the rental was up to 7 days so we were able to take the overage off and schedule the pick up. The pick up was on time during the window and very clean, no dirt really slipped off! I was going to have some landscaping done and needed a "20 yard." When I contacted Vic (fast email response and on the phone as well) a couple of weeks before the project he was so helpful. The contractor suggested a larger bin, but I didn't have room for a larger size(I didn't want to put it on the street and we have a small driveway), Vic thought a lowboy would work for the job. Not only did it cost less than what the contractor wanted, but it was also the perfect size for the job(we had some space leftover). On the day of delivery, George the driver was great. He put the lowboy in the driveway with no problems(well ok, there was a lot of turning, backing up, turning, but we have small streets in our neighborhood). When we were done, I emailed Vic and told him we were ready for pick up and that a certain day would be better than another due to street cleaning. He said he would see what he could do. He was able to schedule the pickup for a better day and the driver had the lowboy out of the driveway in 15-20 minutes!
