I am not at all surprised to see so many bad reviews for this company. I had a similar situation to others (should have started on Yelp... now I know!). I googled dumpster rentals and ended up making a reservation with local dumpster 411 because the price was decent and their site said they had several available for delivery the following day. I had to pay in full to make the reservation. The next day I get a text saying they do not have the size I reserved available that day, but they will deliver a larger one as soon as I agree to pay $200 more. I replied that this doesn't work for me and their response... they somehow managed to find the size I reserved (their site said they had 9 available), but due to the rise in gas and dump prices, they would charge $100 more. So, prices went up literally over night?! I don't think so! Especially considering their website still showed the price as what I ordered it at. A little bait and switch anyone?! I cancelled my order and found another company that was so much better (Driveway Safe Dumpsters is who I would highly recommend).
