We went with them because they had lots of experience removing in-ground pools, which isn't super common in the PNW. We assumed we would need a permit to excavate the pool that would require some time to get. We called our county and city and they confirmed no permit was needed. Maverick was able to schedule the job only two days later!! This was a huge relief to us because our pool pump stopped working and it was quickly becoming a swamp. The job only took 1.5 days and they showed up promptly each morning and got right to work. Our toddler had so much fun watching all the "big trucks" in our backyard. They butchered the chimney work, which rotted and leaked within a year and a half, and offered to repair it. They said they were embarassed, and that they're "better than that". Well they weren't. They came back and re-sided the chimney, but didn't bother to follow the maunfacturers instructions. I emailed them three times asking them if they were going to address this, and they haven't even taken the time to reply. As the President of our Board of Directors, I'm tasked with doing my best to protect everyone's investment. One way I'll do that is by never hiring these guys again.
