We were just driving by and saw this place and thought we would give it a try. I ordered the steak quesadilla which the shell was fried perfectly and stuffed with steak and peppers. Served with sour cream and ranch (lettuce and tomatoes). My BFF, order the fettuccine Alfredo and it was so good. I actually had a bite. We both left extra food at the table because we're both stuffed. The ambience was great. They were having a performer. He started at 6:30. Came here for their Tuesday special. They have a buy one get one free entree every Tuesday and this place gets packed. Most of the stuff I've tried are fried; they do a great job with fried food. Avoid the Buffalo chicken quesadilla. Service can be a bit slow so I'd recommend going earlier than 5pm. Had to get away from the crowds and was getting hangry, pulled up yelp and found food ratings on this place. Food did not disappoint. Everything was a fresh and hot and delicious. Server was attentive and great. Restaurant was nice and relaxing. Would recommend this for those who are tired of tourist traps but don't tell the locals you were encouraged to come in. lol. read more

we used to enjoy eating at the local eatery. We tried to eat here. Sunday waited 10 minutes couldn't get seated. No one was in here so we left came on Tuesday afternoon. Ordered five meals fries were so cold that wasn't even edible. One meal came out wrong one meal didn't even come out at all and service was slow. This Local Eatery is an amazing hidden gem on the outskirts of Sevierville. I have eaten here three times and the quality of the food is very special. Personally, I order the trout almandine because no other restaurant can compare to this amazing dish! The other grilled dishes/sides are just as impressive. The servers are very friendly. It reminds me of a small country dinner a weekday. On the weekends there is live music. All week there are sports on the tv's. The atmosphere is much more family friendly than an "average sports bar", because it's a restaurant. read more

Family friendly sports bars in my neighborhood are hard to come by. Yes, there are some in Sevierville which come with tourist prices. There are also some remote ones too, but they allow smoking, so no kids are allowed. Yes there are BW3s around, and I've been to it. Their food sucks, and it's very expensive. I happen to find a place called Local Eatery and Grill. It serves what I call upscale bar food. That would be food you don't normally get at a bar. It doesn't have all the giant screens TVs I would like, but it's better than nothing. I've been here three times so look at my pictures for food descriptions. i don't know who's in charge of quality control on togo meals but this is ridiculous. This is the second time we've ordered togo and this is how it looked both time. i understand maybe needing to check your bag for missing items because stuff happens. But the fact that employees looked at this and still close the container and give it out is crazy. the customer shouldn't have to check the quality of the food they're paying for. read more

We arrived about 5pm on Sunday. The parking lot is a little confusing. Be careful pulling in as there is an entrance way and exit way not clearly noticeable Inside was clean and pleasant. Sports were playing on an abundance of TV sets. We ordered the HoosierDaddy tenderloin. It was prepared just like the tenderloins made in Indiana. We asked for fries to be crispy.. NOT. I called the waitress over and asked her what the soup of the day was, she told me and quickly walked away. Guess what? I didn't get a chance to order a bowl.. she told me Clam Chowder turned around and was gone. Oh well! The restaurant will make a change to the area of Boyd's Creek... So excited to come off the strip and find a locals hang out. This was it! Food was great and plentiful! They had live music as well. Our waitress was friendly and helpful. Bathrooms clean just an over all great place to come hang out, grab a drink or some food! We started with apps of mozzarella sticks and fried pickles. The marinara sauce would have been excellent expect it was a tad salty. Other than that it was delicious! I had the blue cheese burger med, no bacon. Plenty of blue cheese and cheese straws. It was yummy, perfectly cooked! I opted for a side of slaw in place of French fries. The slaw was mayonnaise based which is my favorite! We will come back next visit around! read more

Now for being the middle of nowhere, this place has the best burgers. Our AirBnB was about 5 minutes away from this restaurant. There were other places nearby like Pizza and Subway, but we weren't in the mood for that... Then we found this. When we came here around 5 PM, the average wait was about 20 minutes for 2 people. For a party of 4+ it was like 40 minutes. It's not too shabby, just try and reserve your spot before you go. The restaurant has live music and you are allowed to dance in the front section. Entire place it filled with flatscreen TV's, so you won't miss NASCAR, Baseball or Football. For food... We both had the Smoke House burgers (cooked Medium) with fries and oh man. The taste of burgers was remarkable, we couldn't stop eating it, we just kept stuffing our face and didn't stop. The place is a bit on the pricey side, but I guess with inflation everything is rising sadly. Stop by, you won't regret it. read more

We waited for 25 minutes after being told 5-10 minutes with two tables ahead of us. A group of 3 women came in and asked the worker if they could sit at a certain table and they cleaned that table and sat them. My friend ordered the fried pork tenderloin sandwich and she LOVED it! She said it was very tender and great taste. Very large portions. Sandwich came with a side, she ordered fries. I ordered the blueberry steak salad. I wish I knew what type of steak they used, I would have preferred a different cut but it was a great crunchy iceberg lettuce with fresh blueberries, blue cheese, candied nuts (can't remember what kind), and a delicious blueberry balsamic vinaigrette. I went here during the Corona Virus Pandemic after the restaurants started to open again. The layout was roomy and the place seemed very clean. I ordered the salmon with a creamy corn dressing with a side of rice and pinto beans. The pinto beans were the best I've ever had and everything else was yummy also. My friend ordered shrimp with sweet potato fries and collard greens. The collard greens were very tender and tasty. The prices were very reasonable and the service was very good and prompt. Staying at Riverside RV Park and they recommended Local to us. Stopped in for a quick bite. Waitress was fast to get our drink and appetizer order in for is. Food came out quickly, fresh, hot and tasty as it should. I enjoyed a Ceasar salad with some fresh grilled salmon. I know I shouldn't have to say this but overall the restaurant and restroom are super clean.
