But honestly, we didn't mind given the circumstances. The restaurant didn't have the heater running, so eating inside felt like we were dining outside in the snow. Despite that, the waiter was friendly and attentive, doing the best he could while juggling everything. I absolutely love Red Lobster's biscuits. They were warm, buttery, filled with cheddar, and completely addictive. I ordered the Lobster Lover's Duo, and everything was delicious. I was so full I didn't even have room for dessert.

Our waitress was friendly, but clearly stretched thin trying to cover both the bar and tables. As a result, service suffered--our drinks were only refilled once, and that was right as we were finishing up. Unfortunately, the food didn't redeem the experience. It lacked flavor and tasted like it might've come straight from the freezer. Not sure if this location is just off its game or if Red Lobster overall isn't what it used to be. Those "few minutes" turned into approximately 30-35 minutes. When we were finally seated, our table was directly in front of the kitchen--not exactly my preferred location, but we decided to make the best of it. Unfortunately, being able to see directly into the kitchen turned out to be one of the worst parts of the experience. We watched the kitchen staff, chef, and manager behaving in what appeared to be a completely unprofessional manner, with staff goofing around rather than focusing on service. We ordered mostly steaks, as you would expect when dining at a premier steakhouse, including several of the more expensive items on the menu. It took approximately 45 minutes for our food to arrive. During that time, we continued to watch the kitchen staff carrying on and playing around in a completely open, visible kitchen. When our food finally arrived, three of the steaks were significantly overcooked. Mine was practically raw and had a terrible "musty" taste and smell. At the time, I chose not to complain, but looking back, I absolutely wish I had. For a birthday celebration at a chophouse, this was hands down one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. Our bill was nearly $400 before the tip, which makes the quality of the food, service, and overall experience even more disappointing. My advice: stay away from this particular location. The pancakes came with a dollop of whipped butter. They were extremely fluffy with a beautiful golden crust, truly delicious. My husband ordered the Sausage & Egg Casserole, which he quietly relished. The portion was huge, but since I hate to waste food, I ate it all and considered it my lunch too.
