It's in an old warehouse district that has been beautifully renovated. There are various other businesses in the warehouse as well. It's also on the SRT! They have all types of coffee and espresso drinks and they had a few monthly specials too. I had a lemon, lavender, thyme iced latte and it was delicious. Great flavor and fun to try something new. When I told the barista I was nervous to try it she said she would happily make me a new drink if I didn't like it which I appreciated. The star here was the eclair! It was fantastic. Normal casual decor with local artist paintings on the wall for sale. I like this place a lot if for nothing else than that eclair!
