We immediately wondered if it was the same owner and sure enough it is. This Palm Springs spot is their second location and it felt like a little piece of home for us. We could not resist grabbing another bag of candy to support a favorite local shop. They had all the classics we know and love from Newport including the huge variety of house made taffy, baseball chew, and every kind of sour candy you can think of. Everything was fresh and displayed so nicely that it is impossible to walk out empty handed. The staff here are just as friendly as the team back home and the store is spotless and fun for kids and adults alike. Whether you are visiting Palm Springs or a local with a sweet tooth this is an easy recommendation. It is the perfect spot to pick up treats for yourself or to share and it definitely made our anniversary weekend even sweeter.

It was definitely espresso forward, which I didn't mind, but I wish the toffee flavor came through more instead of just a subtle hint with each sip. Even so, it was still a pretty decent latte and worth a visit when walking downtown.
