    Pre packaged assortment of taffy.

The candy store was very enticing and beautiful to look at and wander through. However, bought a bag of the pre packed saltwater taffy assortments and they are tough! Brittle and not chewy at all. Bummer because my husband was super excited to receive them as a gift. Tried 3 flavors of the assortment and all old and hard to chew.

This is your run of the mill old timey candy store. But, in the back there are homemade peanut butter cups that are to die for! It will make you mock resess. I've been craving them since my last trip here

Old style candy store in the heart of downtown Palm Springs, known for their salt water taffy in a myriad of flavors. Fill your own bag and don't worry about trying to remember what you selected; they give you a card matching the colors to the flavors. Nice! Every taffy maker should do that. In addition to the taffy, there are dozens of types of candy that were popular back in the 60s, 70s and 8os. They have a wall covered in all the wrappers! So much fun to see the names of candy that I hadn't thought about in years but the mere sight conjures up so many memories. Like the pastel dots, basically colored sugar, on paper that we used to get at the snack shack at the lake. Or those horrible necco wafers that always found their way into our trick or treat bag. Sugar babies, bazooka bubble gum, glow pops, pez, sugar daddy, pop rocks, razzles, cow tales - there's a reason these aren't around any more! LOL They also sell some candy from Mexico and have a great selection of licorice, a required taste, and I'm a fan. While I enjoyed the trip down memory lane, the candy doesn't appeal to me the way a shop filled with dark chocolates, caramels and crisps. Great stop for the kiddies and for the salt water taffy lovers out there.

Pretty nice place to go and shop for some special candy for your child! It's not just a store, but also a fun experience for you and your family! Lots of candy variety makes it fun! But yes, not cheap!!!

Cute little candy store in downtown Palm Springs. The candy items were just what you'd find at any store selling candy. I was hoping for handmade chocolates and such. They did have many flavors of taffy, like what you see in Monterey or other coastal towns. Don't get me wrong...be sure to take the kiddos there, as I'm sure they'll find many sweet treats to their liking!

Nice little specialty Shoppe on Palm Canyon for unique candy. We were strolling along the blvd and attracted to the baskets & barrels of salt-water taffy. The display was like a magnet for me. The general store look is old-fashioned and old school. You get to select 16 pieces of wrapped taffy for $2.99. I enjoyed the watermelon taffy. Kind of fun picking the taffy...felt like a kid in a candy store. I was in a candy store! I also eyed the old-school candy like Abba Zabba, Bit-O-Honey & Razzles. Come in here for a stroll down memory lane. Nice to have a little bit of old-fashioned on Palm Canyon. The young ladies behind the counter were also friendly.

What a cute little candy shop located right in the middle of downtown. Easily accessible by walking or bicycling preferably. Prices are reasonable! Selection ranges from buckets of saltwater taffy and chocolates to classic gum-ball machines and Mexican candy to boot! Customer service is exceptional and atmosphere is bubbly all-around. I've been to many, many, candy shops nationwide and so far this one impressed me the most.

Chicken and Waffle Taffy.. dno how to feel about this!

Salt water taffy HEAVEN!!! This candy store is a sea of nostalgia- spotted so many classic old school sweets and retro candy from my childhood. And they have a wall of Mexican candy, yessssss. Definitely grab some taffy while you are in here. They offer some pretty eclectic taffy flavors like Chicken and Waffles, Pumpkin Pie and Chile Mango which I bought for my sis (she loved them). I also purchased some vanilla dipped dog treats for my little pooch back home. He basically inhaled them! Prices are decent, service was friendly and sweet tooth was satisfied!

The place immediately caught our eye. The front window shows a giant teddy bear and the inside is bright, modern, and so well organized that we just had to walk in. Right when you enter there is an entire wall of cotton candy which is my personal favorite. Beyond that there are rows of pastries and macarons, imported sodas and specialty drinks, plus big sections of taffy, jellies, and candies from all over the world. It honestly felt like a candy wonderland. We filled a bag with a mix of everything to celebrate our anniversary weekend and enjoyed it over the next couple of days. Every piece we tried was fresh and delicious. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the store was spotless and beautifully designed. Whoever put the space together clearly cared about every detail because it draws you in the moment you see it. So we walked over to this place because only a handful of people were in here. It wasn't a shake shack but a sweets shop, an old-fashioned, family-run operation. There was just one woman behind the counter, and she was busily handling orders for chocolates and candied apples. We waited our turn and ordered a couple of the $7.99 Date Shakes (Photo 9). Really blown away by this little, local business. (Well maybe not so 'little'...a friend of mine…read moretold me some of their items are carried at some Ralph's in the area?) That same friend is getting married in Palm Springs next month and pulled together a cute location-inspired care package to go with her invitation to guests. It's a virtual wedding, so she wanted to bring the experience of being in Palm Springs for all. Included a bag of this toffee caramel corn and let me just tell you...(and a few other recipients agree)...this stuff is ADDICTIVE. The absolute, most delectable caramel corn I have had in my life. Jam-packaged with decadent flavor, and quality corn, each cluster is HEAVEN and unlike anything I have tasted. I immediately got online (palmspringscandy.com) and ordered a sampling of bags. To my surprise, these treats are surprisingly affordable. For a mere $4-$6, you can snag a 7 oz bag in a variety of flavors. Or, go a full jar if your heart desires. Conversely, they also offer 3 oz bags in some flavors. (Note: shipping is around $9 but totally worth it if you're buying multiples, and is offset by the low cost of each bag). I snagged Toffee Caramel, Toffee Caramel with Cashews/Almonds, Honey Macadamia, and Praline Pecan. Drool. I was stunned when my order arrived just days later, perfectly packed including tissue and bubble wrap. Inside the package, a thank you message jotted down on the invoice, handwritten by Staci. A simple gesture, but one I always feel especially meaningful, as I typically only see personal touches like this with Etsy orders/smaller business. So, excellent customer service indeed. Very impressed and so happy to have discovered this gem. Thank you to Staci and team! You have converted a new, now long-term customer. 5 stars right at you.
