While Robert didn't personally come out to inspect the roof for the quote (side note: none of the companies did--it was all done over the phone using mapping software), he stood out in a big way. Looking back at my text and call history, Robert spent no less than three hours answering every single question I had. And I mean every question--even the dumb ones--answered promptly and professionally. During the process, there was a price increase on shingles. To Robert's credit, he honored the original price. Once the contract was signed, his crew was out three days later. They got my roof done in a day and a half and did a fantastic job cleaning up afterward. The largest job they have done for me cost me $46k, the second largest $42,000/- then another for $12k and another for around $7k. The first job was for $42k finished about 3 years ago and the latest was $12k finished kess than 2 months ago. The last 3 jobs including the one I paid $46k for are leaking water after every rain event. I have called everyone I can at mighty dog and I keep hearing we are going out there today but nothing has happened for the last month. This is how mighty dog is treating a customer who has not only given them over $100k worth of business but has also been advertising and recommending them to their network for the last 3 years.
