As a small business owner (air conditioning, heating and appliance repair) I am always leary of people calling and claiming to be able to help me gain more business, and stating that if I don't go with them then I will be "screwed". When I spoke with the representatives of this company there was something different about them... THEY LISTENED. They weren't pushy in the sense that they wanted my money, but they pushed me to see the importance of using the internet, especially Google to my advantage. I listened, and I called over several weeks to ask questions. Each time i called in I got a different person, all whom were very cordial and professional. When I decided to give this company a try I was blown away by their IT department and the care, efficiency and accuracy they were able to produce my listing. OMG! I am a small business owner, i have a dog grooming shop and decided to go through local verifications, I called a month later to cancel because i was turning down more dogs than i was taking in. After failing to put my business on their Do Not Call list, they continued to harass my employees, and after speaking with the manager - who was incredibly rude - he threatened to have his employees leave poor reviews regarding my business!
