We purchased a "discounted" vacation package from Vacation Offer for $598, which included a 4-night stay in Orlando, FL. After attending a timeshare presentation, we were supposed to receive an additional 2-night stay in Daytona, a 5-night Bahamas cruise, and some gift cards. We also paid an extra $352 to upgrade to a larger room to accommodate our family of five. When we arrived at the Orlando hotel--where I had confirmed our reservation months in advance and received a confirmation again that morning directly from Vacation Offer--we discovered that Vacation Offer had canceled our booking five days earlier, leaving us without accommodations. After two hours of trying to reach the company, a representative finally answered. When I asked if their company scams people, she said "yes," laughed, claimed she'd rebook us in another 3-bedroom suite, and hung up. I never received a new confirmation, forcing us to find our own place to stay. At the timeshare presentation the next day, the manager expressed "shock" over our experience and advised us to dispute the charges through our credit card company. They excused us from completing the full presentation and marked our participation as fulfilled, but we have not received any communication from the company or the promised rewards. We later learned the company had rebooked us a single room with one king bed for our family of five--the opposite of the 2-bedroom condo suite we originally reserved. We are now out over $900, plus the additional cost of finding last-minute lodging. After reading more recent reviews, it's clear many others have had similar experiences with this company. read more

I honestly don't even know how this company still exist. I "won" a vacation and I havent even gotten to the BOOKING yet and it's already a mess. Customer service is very misleading. I was charged twice for what they said I was going to be charged that's just for the initial " refundable payment". Trust me nothing is refundable after customer service saying they messed up and would issue a refund got nothing. Not to mention terry allen is being charged with FRUAD. From this one business that they own and operate called vacation offers what kind of business operating practices they support dishonesty and scamming lots of customers. They will say something to you over the phone about a deal that you're making with them thatis completely different from what they say in their contract and of course, you believe them because you believe that the Customer Service representatives that work for their company are going to be honest with their customers And then they go back on the deal that they told you they were giving to you over the phone and everything that you agreed to. There should not be businesses allowed to operate that are dishonest to their customers and scam and thieve them. read more

This company is heartless and unethical. My assistant booked me a hotel for a business trip through this company. Unknowingly at first, I was required to attend a vacation sales pitch in order to get the hotel discount. Anyway, after the hotel room was paid for they sent me a text and email to let me know when I was scheduled to hear their pitch. The morning I was supposed to hear their sales pitch my young daughter was in a terrifying accident where she ended up in the hospital. I emailed this company multiple times before our scheduled meeting to let them know I needed to reschedule. I emailed the 4 times to try to reschedule. I missed the sales pitch as I was dealing with this family emergency and this company charged me a $500 no show fee. When I called them, I talked to Samantha, a customer service manager. I was treated with so much disrespect and there was no empathy in their part regarding my family emergency. I was told that the $500 feet would not be refunded until I attend a sales pitch. During a time of tremendous stress for my family and I, this company cared more about their sales pitch and money. I rescheduled the sales pitch and went to their office in Las Vegas. At this point I was agitated and drastically trying to get home to be with my daughter in the hospital. When they realized that I was not going to purchase anything from them, they sent me away and refused to refund my $500. I truly hope Terry Allen reads this. I booked a 3 day 2 night Hotel and their were roaches on the bed at the extended stay America in the Orlando FL area the front desk immediately cancelled the reservation and ask for the keys and gave me a receipt to prove I did not stay there it was time stamped. I called vacationoffers.com customer service I spoke with first a lady name charris and another lady name Olivia.Theyboth said they will not refund me my money back the front desk hotel rep spoke to them as well they still stated they will not refund me my money back.Thenext day they went in my account and took an additional $500 with out my permission then called me and said they would give me my money back if I would attend the presentation I shouldn't have to attend a presentation if I did not stay at the hotel but I went anyway to get my money back they then tried to sell me a membership because I wouldn't buy they still will not refund me my money back they stole a total of $631 from me and acted very rude unprofessional and very street me or the rep at the hotel could believe the way they responded about the incident.very evil people read more

The way this company advertises & sells their marketing packages is deceitful, dishonest, & a scam. A little less than a year ago, I got a marketing call selling a vacation offer to Las Vegas. I was reluctant to purchase (went back and forth on multiple calls with the sales agent) because of the bad online reputation & sound of the deal. In addition, Las Vegas wasnt appealing enough for my wife & myself, but I was promised additional gifts that came with the package. I was interested in those. The main selling point was their additional free vacation trip & $1,000 towards that next trip. This was clearly articulated on the call & they have recordings of it. Fast forward, we went on the vacation trip (our room was changed to a lower quality room with no view when they found out how we purchased our rooms), attended the presentation & received our gifts in the mail. I come to find that the "free" vacation trip isnt free. We knew about the resort fees but I come to find out that the resorts are "mandatory all inclusive" (comes out to about $2,500 - $3,000 for the week; you can get better deals at AppleVacations) and we're obligated to pay those in addition to a $279.93 "resort booking fee" (this are not the resort fees). On top of that, it's not possible to use the $1,000 for that specific trip. The additional $1,000 is with a separate, independent company. This company twist their words & perform marketing gymnastics as a way to advertise their vacation packages. When i contacted them, their response is simply "that additional vacation are gifts & through a different company" (Odenza Marketing Group is the company they partner with to offer the incentives). However, they take no responsibility in how they have communicated & advertised those gifts. read more

Dishonest and crooked. Signed me up for a "vacation package" and told me my room would be $79 total for 3 days. Then they said to call them and verify package. The lady assured me THREE TIMES it would be $79. All I have to do is go and watch a presentation. When I got to the presentation I told them I was unemployed. Because of this they said I do not qualify for the package and then charged me $300. When I asked if they were going to charge an unemployed man $300 the lady became hostile and said, "too bad, I already forced the charges to go through!" When I notified the owner Terry A. he completely ignored me, even after repeated texts. When I called their office they were hostile and rude. Their attitude was "too bad!" This company has repeatedly called me trying to sell me Las Vegas travel packages unsolicited. Each time I politely asked them to remove me from their list. Then I finally asked the name of the company this last caller worked for and she told me AMG which after some research turns out to be Allen Marketing Group. When I asked why I was being called even though my number is on the federal do not call register for 8 years I was told to shut up before she berated me and then hung up on me. Received offer by phone for a vacation package promotion - $379 for 3 day/2 night package in Orlando or Vegas with benefits ($100 gift card, $1,000 of credit to use with future Hilton or Marriott stays, and additional 3 day/2 night stay elsewhere). Representative cited "www.funcitytrips.com" website as the travel company website. Sales representative was very polite, candid, and a pleasure to speak with. Other than the $1,000 travel credit - the package is comparable to other packages I've bought on a sales promotion (I do these often). I asked in several ways and was assured that the credit would be a full rebate on a future stay with no additional taxes, booking/resort fees, sales presentations, expiration dates, etc. I bought the package over the phone based on the $1,000 credit alone and promise of a 14 day cancellation period with a full refund. I received full details about the package about 30 min after booking. Turns-out the $1,000 of credit is the amount of allowable "savings" that can be realized by booking hotel or car rentals through a dedicated reservation website (www.travelsavingsdollars.com). The website includes Hilton and Marriott properties, but also other hotel brands. Looking at the website, the savings are 0-15% off the list price from the hotel websites. So, I would need to spend more than $10,000 on travel to realize a $1,000 in "savings." I cancelled my reservation the next morning due to the misinformation and low value in the package for me personally. I'm not the type to travel that much, so it isn't for me. I'm giving a positive review because of the ease of canceling the reservation (i.e., they did what they said) and respecting the 14 day review period. Had a great time with in Vegas even though the town is pretty much shut down. The sales presentation went longer than expected as it did not start on time. I was there two hours instead of one but there was little to no sales pressure. All in all a great experience. read more

Don't waste your time or money. Received a call with an offer of great places to stay in Vegas and things to do. I'm on the Do Not Call list, so I assumed the call was from a company I already do business. The hotels specifically used to lure you in aren't actually available. In fact, they want $699 more to stay at each of the hotels they said were easily available in their sales pitch. They weren't for ANY of the dates over three months! Then the "vacation offer people" say they aren't associated with the 3rd party marketing group... as in they don't know what you were told. The sales person says, she's going to get a supervisor to she what she can do and transfers you a voice mail. Can't give them No Stars, but I would. read more
