Stay away from this nightmare company. I'd say it's a bunch of scam artists but "artist" is way too generous. We needed 4 locks re-keyed and after their locksmith was at our house with my husband for well over an hour I was notified of a $1,500 charge. My husband said that was the deposit to have the locks changed- the final bill would be $3,000! $750 per lock to be re-keyed which he didn't even seem to know how to do. I mean in the time he was there he hadn't done anything at all, and the whole scene was weird- a second person had driven onto our property and met with the locksmith and then left; he'd taken our front door key and my husband had to chase him down for it, he'd requested the deposit be Venmo'd to him directly, he'd asked a lot of very personal questions, all sorts of strange things. That same day we called to cancel the service and were told we'd be refunded for the deposit but never were. We called numerous times but always got a runaround. We had to dispute it with our credit card which took 3 months to resolve and- get this- during that time the locksmith called demanding a separate $250 fee for his consultation visit, I swear, and to pay it to him personally via Venmo. Beware, this is the shadiest company ever. For the record we ended up having all our locks re-keyed *and* emergency lockout service by a normal, reputable locksmith and the entire bill was $250. read more

This company scamed me. I called and they said 175 for a new key, when he showed up the price went up to 264 i didnt want to pay it but my wife said since hes here to just do it. The key wouldnt work he said he would need a deposit to come back with a new key so i gave him half pay 132 to come back. He came back a week later with a new key that wasnt the same with no remote starter and that one also wouldnt work but would atleast start the car this time but wont lock or unlock the car he wouldn't give me my money back. I said since only half the key works and i gave you half the pay ill take it as it is he said no i have to pay the whole thing even though it doesn't work 100%. .If I could give a negative 5 star I would! I was trying to get a spare key cut for my car, it was NOT an Emergency. I already purchased my spare fob but needed the key cut so I can program it myself. I called and explained to the gentleman the scenario and exactly what I needed. He said they can do the key cut and programming - price quote was between $95 to $195. He gave me a 4pm - 8pm window. The gentleman arrived at 8:05pm and told me it would $250 - this is usually the price locksmiths charge when they know you are desperate and that price usually includes them providing you a fob/key. I told him that was not the quote I was provided when i called. I asked him to just cut the key and I'll program myself like i originally wanted to do. He said that would cost $140. I guess because Im a woman he tried to tell i can't program it myself. After much back and forth he agreed to cut the key and program for $200 - o said fine! He fiddled with it for 10 mins then he finally said that he was unable to cut the key, but he can program the fob I have. Guess what....now he's back to trying to charge me $240!!! How do go back to charging that amount when you're providing half the service? They are used to ppl in desperate situations and my experience was a total waste of my time!!! 4 hours waiting, mossed dinner with my family. Horrible, horrible, predatory service. Had them come cut and program a new key after miss placing mine and after cutting 4 different keys and programming it 2 times he gave me the key stating it was programmed. It wouldn't start the car he said it trip a fuse as a theft safety thing. I called mechanic he said that wouldn't happen that it was the key and it's not programmed correctly. I called company back reported it and spoke with the guy he refused to come back and program the key correctly. My car and I left sitting in Newark. read more
