Locksmith was good. However... I was not happy about the fees. I sent a request asking for a hotel and they insisted on coming out. No mention of the $25service fee. We somehow managed to lock ourselves out of our master bathroom. We have an exterior mounted lock and could not figure out how to get it open. We called these guys and they were able to come out same day! Alex was super helpful and got the door open and all of two minutes. We then had him look at our front door lock which was also giving us trouble. That was a little bit trickier but he managed to fix it! He provided us with lots of detail as to how the lock mechanism worked, took pictures and explained a lot of why the problem was there in the first place.
