They ALWAYS came when they were suppoxed to . last year right after COVID started I wanted a smart garage door ( with WiFi ) instead of selling my one that would have cost 700 plus had to wait bc. Of slow mail they advised I get my own at Home Depot ! They helped me pick one on brand and the motor size etc ! rhen they installed my 200 WiFi door opener for 119$!!! They dispatched a technician, diagnosed my issues, sent quote estimates to my email, followed up with a confirmed booking, and came out within the next day with the proper part to service my broken system. Before the serviceman arrived, I received text updates with pictures of who to expect and with their estimated time of arrival.
