Then I realize there's a black guy and a bearded guy hiding behind a screen in the corner. The black dude acts annoyed that I disturbed him. It just gets worse from there. This is after some previous unpleasantness. I don't know why I kept coming back- habit, I guess. But no more. To be specific, they returned a chainsaw that was to be sharpened with the chain so tight it couldn't be turned, or started, twice. They were very defensive and downright rude about remedying the situation. This was another guy, I think the owner/manager.
