If I could give no stars I would! They are liars, frauds and just plain rude. They promised one Ford key and one off brand after my daughter's stolen car was returned and we needed keys. Quoted $279 for first key and $229 for second key and that we needed to have a Ford key for the first one. Neither key has a key (those usually need to be cut and none of that was done) just fobs and after $529 and no invoice (as promised) the "keys" are not working properly. Just got these done 4 days ago. The car alerts "no key detected" and "restart now or key is needed". They are calling daughter a liar instead of offering to fix the problem! They take advantage of those in desperate need. Guess it's time to sue! read more

Awful awful awful, DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY. I called a locksmith from this place because I got locked out of my car. When I called it was normal, asked for my location and car model. I asked for the initial price and they said $29 plus the labor fee which is up to the technician. I said okay, technician calls me to let me know the ETA. I then ask what they're going to charge me and he says he will tell me after the service. I ask for an average price and he refused to tell me. Insisting that it depends on the situation. I let it go. He arrived 40 minutes later than what he promised, disregarded my greeting/handshake and went straight to work. Afterwards he asks "Zelle or Venmo?" I say Zelle and ask for the price.... $620. SIX HUNDRED TWENTY DOLLARS. Obviously I'm questioning it, but he shows me past transactions of him charging other poor victims $600+. I was desperate and attempt to pay, but my bank blocks it, he tells me to ignore it and clicks past it ON MY PHONE. He then tells me to try Venmo, but after asking about the $29 initial fee, he says "labor fee is always this much, sorry ma'am" so I press pay, but it asks me to double check the person I'm sending it to and he clicks past it, authorizing the transaction. I thought it was just the technician that was in the wrong but after calling multiple different times afterwards, pretending I'm locked out of my car, every call was just so sketchy. Refusing to give me the price, refusing to give me the location of their company, etc. which clarified to me that this whole company is a scam. I filed a police and business report, I hope this company gets taken down. DONT FALL FOR THEIR SCHEMES. read more

The tech that came out and serviced my brothers car was very rude and unprofessional. After he "programmed" the key fob, the car started acting weird and the key fob is faulty. When the issue was brought up to the tech, he had an attitude and didn't want to help resolve the issue. He was very dismissive without even trying to listen. When we called to try and get another tech to come out or to speak to a manager, they gave us the run around and never resolved the issue. read more

I was called from their "technician" with phone number 3235043946. The guy was extremely rude and unprofessional when I simply asked for their pricing. Just like any other person I am comparing prices and calling around but he got snappy with me. He said "well I'm not going to do it for free", I never said I wanted a service for free. Then he proceeds to tell me nobody else will do it cheaper at $180 for key replacement. I did in fact find someone for $130.
