Within minutes we were able to get there & they assisted us in getting our storage. They were super kind and I am so glad that we ended up at this place. My husband says that is probably one of the best customer service he ever had. The pricing and security and value of the place is great. It was clean as well. This is the only place I'm aware of in the Yuba Sutter area that has climate controlled units available. You have to ask for that, they have non climate controlled storage as well. Really decent pricing, and Chelsea has been great! I feel like less of a number at this place, and I've had other storage units for years. I never would have given this storage a second look, but I'm a lot happier with the climate control and the service. My unit is now 50% more than it was when I first rented it. They charge you unauthorized fees on your credit card. They advertise the units are available 365 days a year from 6am -9pm. They are not. Several days a week the gate is pad locked closed. Frequently during the week, the gate is left open and anyone can have access. When I was in the office last week, the representative wasn't even aware that the gate was open. They have a rodent problem which I have requested be taken care of. Nothing has been done. Save your hard earned $$$$ and go down the street to rent a unit.
