I had some custom wiring that made it hard for him to find the ODB2 port, so he tried to do it another manual way. This is a major security risk, and instead of fixing the issue, they became aggressive when I addressed it. This company's poor workmanship and unprofessional behavior put businesses at risk. Unfortunately, their negligence contributed to my dispensary being vulnerable to a break-in.
