She couldn't have made it any easier (other than packing and moving my daughter's stuff for me!) All paperwork and payments were handled electronically, which is critical during Larimer County's stay-at-home orders. When we found the original unit too small, Thea quickly found a larger unit and we never lost momentum. She is awesome!! The interior units are spotless and well maintained. They have a variety of unit sizes, both interior and exterior. Their rates also very competitive compared to alternatives around town.

The office was closed on Sat 4/9 during hours that their website and all the documents they sent me said were open hours; the unit I got is no where near an entrance and we had to walk quite a ways with our stuff to load the unit; and the instructions we got said "bring your own lock" - which we did - but the units require a specific kind of lock, which was not mentioned in the written instructions and caused another inconvenience. Additionally, the door code we were sent did not work, because the office was unexpectedly closed we weren't able to figure out why until the following Monday (no one answered the number posted on the office door or the national number) and it turns out the code we were given was not at all accurate - and the office staff KNEW it was a problem that people who reserved on the website were given an inaccurate code. Frustrating and terrible customer service. For us, it's not worth the $14 savings per month that the next cheapest place charged; and that place has units you can drive up to.

Will claim to pay you back but never will!!!…read moreTacks on an extra fee every month that pays for insurance on your contents in case they do something that causes the loss of your items stored. First, why are we paying THEIR insurance to cover a minimal amount if THEY ever do something wrong? Second, while this fee is supposedly not charged if you show that you have insurance on the items. But it reinstates itself after a year. Problem is, they don't always cancel the fee on all of the units you have. Then, when confronted, corporate says they will send a refund, but they do NOTHING! AND THE FEE PERSISTS!!! Working with the helpful desk people at the unit, they sometimes can get the fee to stop (sometimes on only some of your units), but their promised credits equivalent to the fees already paid NEVER HAPPEN! I've gone through BBB and this company does not reply so BBB can do nothing. So far, I'm out over $500 in these fees and while everyone has said for many months and again over a year ago that they will refund or credit, they never have!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

It was a lot of money but I decided to go for it. She said they quote on the high end so that hopefully it will be less. I packed a ton in the garage so that it would be faster for the movers - hoping to get the cost down even further. But it ended up being so much more. I would have thought they had an accurate way to estimate. This was not in my budget, and I would have gone a different way if I knew. When I called about my concerns, she said she would talk to her manager and see what she can do -- but I never heard back. The 2 guys actually moving me did great. But I am extremely disappointed and I do not recommend this company.
