As a kid, I loved going to a pizza place right after elementary school with my school money ($2.00). I'd get a slice of pizza and a fountain drink. After having my slice of pepperoni pizza and fountain drink, I'd play an arcade game by the name of WILLOW with the 2 or 3 quarters I had left from my $2.00. It's an arcade based off the movie WILLLOW starring Val Kilmer by George Lucas. If you haven't seen it, it's a great family movie. Years passed and I became an adult. But I never forgot those childhood pizza and WILLOW days. Then one day I got the crazy idea to buy the WILLOW arcade. I mean why not? But I couldn't find it anywhere. Yet after a long search, I found it and bought it for $850. I played it a lot the first few years but eventually after moving various times, it ended in my garage and I even forgot I had it. Recently, I remembered I had this arcade (for some reason I don't recall, now in my backyard in super really bad shape). I noticed the power cable was missing (I think my dog Chico chewed it up) and also the joy stick and buttons didn't work. I decided to make this arcade repair a project. I figured: 1st step: Get tubular keys to open the cabinet. 2nd step: Get an arcade tech to repair all the electrical. 3rd step: Paint it. 4th step: Play it. LOCKE LOCKSMITH: After contacting many locksmiths, I found out that the vast majority of locksmiths don't do tubular keys. Fortunately, I ran into Locke Locksmith. Haim was punctual and professional. He came on a Wednesday and after working on the WILLOW arcade, it just wouldn't open. I thought Haim was going to tell me the arcade's locks were too old and needed an alternate solution. But he told me he'd be back on Friday. I perceived that it wasn't an easy task. After all, those locks hadn't been opened in about 20 years. He was here Friday with what seemed to be a new set of tools. He changed the 5 locks and made a SINGLE tubular key to open the 5 locks on the WILLOW arcade. I am very pleased with Haim's service. I checked for a locksmith and when I entered the zip code i accidentally put the numbers in a wrong order which placed me in a a different location. HOWEVER - the communication between Locke Locksmith (Haim) was quick, thorough and I got a quote that was such a good when I talked to him about the dates and location - that is when we realized I entered the wrong zip code. We got locked out of our home and turned to Yelp for help. We used request a quote feature from another business and Locke Locksmith sent an automated message with the pricing. After reading the reviews, we felt confident they could help us. After calling, Haim walked me through the pricing and when he would be able to come out - luckily, only about 40 minutes later which was fantastic. Before I hung up on the phone, he did ask me to take a picture of the lock to make sure it is one he can pick. Once I did that, he confirmed his ETA, showed up at the scheduled time, and completed the job within minutes. I loved that he was thorough in coming out to this job and asked for me ID to verify this was my residence. Also liked that he asked me to test the lock to make sure it was still functioning.
