My sliding glass patio door was broken in the closed and locked position. It uses a double latch Mortise style lock which hides everything within the door frame. It took 2 nights with research on his part in between and about 4 hours total, but he didn't give up and ultimately came through for the original quoted price. He warned there would be some scratches to get drilling done in there but it worked saving the whole glass door and frame structure. He was even right about Ace Hardware in Santa Ana carrying the somewhat rare parts I needed to replace the broken lock myself. The door and window companies I called mostly just wanted to replace the whole door and frame set which would have been much more expensive, disruptive, and about a week or more delay. Awesome service and best price! I called 5 (yes FIVE) other locksmiths and got the runaround. Some said they could not come to me for a day or 2, one shows up with "wrong type of key" after I sent him a picture of what was needed & another was WAY over priced!
